It would be virtually impossible to add that much muscle with anabolic steroids let alone clean lifting and weigh protein.

For people of average height.

I put on 20 pounds of muscle in a year eating 6 eggs for breakfast, 2 chicken breasts for lunch and 150grams of protein shake at night and I'm only 6 foot.

For players who run a lot, its harder... but Bender is growing also... he is filling up. David Robinson entered the league at 235 pounds and was around 255-260 in his prime.

Bender is like 215 pounds... skinny as kid... he can get to 250 pounds by the time he is 24 years old.

No you didn't. You might've put on 20 lbs overall lol... David Robinson was already genetic specimen long before he entered the league. Those types of "freaks" aren't good examples to use.

That's what Philip Rivers says in every press conference. After first loss (brutal loss blowing 21 pt lead)..."the only thing we can't do now is go 16-0" Did it with 15-1, 14-2 as well..they did blow 2 of their first 3 losses in brutal fashion. They kind of turned it around though, but talk about a positive and confident guy...he is the same way...good thing he's the qb of the team though.

I'd rather do Knight, PJ, and Chandler/Len but that's just me.

Really difficult to pin this game on just one guy. Complete lack of effort from our bench in the first half. Looked lost on both sides of the court. Without even looking I know we gave up more fouls, there was at least 3 offensive fouls calls that should have been defensive fouls.
I'd like to see Chriss play with the starters. Pick n Roll with either Bledsoe or Booker would be nice.

If Chriss takes the starting role over Dudley, either it's great that Chriss has looked this good this early or it's bad that our PF we signed this offseason to start for us, is already being replaced with a rookie who only started playing basketball 5-6 years ago :-?

I think where we went downhill was when the second unit came in and Ben Mcl went on a run. That's where we lost the game.

Anybody that wouldn't want Cousins is a fool. The guy does it all. He is unstoppable. Temple played very well for them too. Seemed like the Kings had so many open shots.

Bledsoe, Booker, Ulis, and Bender looked good to me. Len, Chriss, Barbosa, and Knight looked BAD.

Barbosa was worse. He was -15 in 3 minutes and was not interested in playing team basketball whatsoever. Knight was -19 in 26 minutes, which means he was only -4 in 23 minutes when he didn't share the floor with Barbosa. He also led the Suns in assists and was part of the best Suns lineup tonight.

Tucker was awful during his short stint too.

Also, Jared Dudley passed on so many 3's. He needs to shoot. He had a lot of good looks but was too passive.

Totally down to trade away vets for picks and go all in on a youth movement if we aren't .500 by 1/1/2017 which is likely.

Bender, Ulis, and Chriss are all going to make a ton of mistakes and get handled most of the time they are in the game. That said, all 3 players showed us they could be very special.

Bender finally seemed to relax and play more freely. Once he gains full confidence, I think he will show why he was the #4 pick. I loved to see him play outside and inside this game. He's not a pussy like Diaw.

Ulis has the heart of a lion. He's going to make it in this league.

I'd rather see our rookies grow then watch Brandon Knight and PJ Tucker.

Their bench was just knocking down shots. It's like they have been playing with each other for a while so they know where to be at all times on the court. I wish our bench looked that good. I mean our veterans mostly.

He did have five assists though. I think LB gets it. 0-2 in three minutes. The game completely changed when he came into the game, and he finished his three minutes with a -15. :o

I saw that. Him and Tucker worked together on that one.

This is my dream scenario. We are going to bad with or without Bledsoe, Knight and Tucker, might as well let our youth get some NBA experience. I think we could possibly be one of the worst teams in the league this year but I expected as much.

I think it would be beneficial for both guys though. Dudley has played with Knight in Milwaukee so they got more chemistry. Chriss needs open looks and he can get those bunny buckets close to the basket where Dudley seems to be non-effective in that area.

Honestly, if we are small ball and playing 4 out, I'd play Bender at 4 first. I know Chriss is electric and can dunk and stuff but he is lost on defense, and if he tries to pass there is a good chance it is going out of bounds unless it is very short. Bender although he might not put up as many points, will make the right rotations, passes, be in the right spots and shoot when he is supposed to.

Both are going to look bad quite a bit at their age in the nba at times, but Bender might just put up empty across the board stats while not costing us, while I think Chriss has more of a chance to turn over the ball and just completely miss defensive assignments.

At this stage, even though Chriss may have been more productive, I would actually love to see Bender in that starting line up. We give up some defensive experience but we gain a ton in length at the 4 spot and we still have the 3PT threat. I like what I've seen from Bender so far.

Absolutely. Trade anyone not a rookie, booker, or Warren.

Hornacek would give Tucker and Barbosa at least 20 games before he would consider benching them. Earl needed one quarter.

I love it. Even if they don't play well, just having the opportunity to gel during the season excites me.
