Bagley is putting up monster double-doubles, still needs a reliable jumper to become a star at NBA level.

Bagley has great footwork and might have the fastest second jump for a big I've seen in years. He's like a 6'10" Shawn Marion.
Bamba is so long. That 5th foul was bull, Trent fouled bamba with his off arm in the face of bamba.
If we can get one of ayton, Bagley, or bamba we should consider ourselves lucky and not complain. All 3 could be 15 year starters for us day 1 in the league.

Re: NBA Draft and NCAA Basketball
The best position we can hope for is probably 4th lottery spot.
Writing off - Chicago, Atlanta, Sacramento
Improvers - Brooklyn, Dallas
Stay Away - Lakers, Orlando, Utah, Memphis, Clippers
That would give us the possibility of drafting from a projected 1-6 of Ayton, Doncic, Bagley, Bamba, Porter, Jackson.

Bamba looks really frail. He is easily pushed around like a Manute Bol or Shawn Bradley. Pass. Bet he falls out of the Top 10. Knox is balling.

He is very skinny, but where in the video he gets pushed ? Putting similar stats to Mutombo in his second college season, has some shooting touch - how much are you going to bet ?

I don't know what to make of Bagley. He seems to me a PF version of Josh Jackson.
- Average length
- Very good, but not elite athlete.
- Good, but not elite ball-handling.
- Excellent motor and defensive effort
- Mediocre shooting (shooting 27% on 3Ps, and 55% on FTs)
He's still scoring and rebounding at a very good clip though.
I'm not sure I'd like Bagley and Josh at the 4/3 spots. Skillsets are too similar. I'd want someone with more polish.
My fav picks are still Ayton and Doncic.

Since 1998 there's only been 5 All-Stars taken at pick 2.

Also they have the same haircut.

Yeah, I'm not high on Bagley either. We can't get any more non shooters and he doesn't appear to be a big time shooter. I'm for Doncic or Ayton too, then Bamba. I'm not even sure who would be 4th. Maybe Porter if he checks out physically. Jaren Jackson Jr. might be up there high. I wish Miles Bridges was a 4 and not a 3.

I like Jackson Jr. He seems like a Myles Turner in the making.
I also like Wendell Carter a lot. I think he will be a high quality Horford/Millsap level pro for a very long time in the NBA.

I like Jackson but he has a long way to go offensively to match Turner.

Re: NBA Draft and NCAA Basketball
Myles Turner? Sure an 18 year old has a ways to go to be as good as a 3rd year pro, but he's already better than Turner was in college. Shooting much better from 2, about the same from 3. Scoring more per game and per 40. Better DRTG too.

Ayton sure looks good to me, even in UA losses.

Wtf that Minnesota vs. Alabama game was crazy. Bama's entire bench got ejected and players fouled out, so they were played 3 on 5 the last 10-ish minutes. Insane. Sexton dropped 38 and they almost won the game still.

Re: NBA Draft and NCAA Basketball
Ayton is PRIMARY target IMO, you need that threat inside who can rebound and bother shots... potentially at an elite level.
Doncic is my second choice, just fielding a team that can play multiple spots and switch is the way to go.

Booker would make a great sidekick to Sexton. That potential backcourt is definitely worth tanking for.

That's hilarious. I just watched the 2 minute video here showing the situation and what happened to lead to ejection and then how the other two players left, and then they went over the rules...funny how they explain how the rules say when it gets down to only 1 player available to play that team must forfeit unless the referees think that team has a chance to win. How funny would that be?
ESPN shows Sexton had 40.

How high would you take Sexton?
