I wouldn't hate a bledsoe deal centered around French Frank.

Simmons came back with that one but it meant taking Shumpert and not dumping Knight

somehow we got to dump Knight on them too - even if that means taking back Courteny Lee

I'm probably the only one here who doesn't care about the timeline AND don't want Irving here at the same time. Cavs actually looked terrible with Kyrie on the court and Lebron off the court last year. They also looked terrible before Lebron joined.

Tons of other red flags with him. Why is he willing to leave the team that drafted him, even though it's the best situation for him to win? Does he think he can do better without Lebron? Does he care about winning at all (maybe the ring he won satiated his hunger for winning)? Or maybe he just wants the spotlight (like Melo wanted, but now regrets it)? If all those "flat earth" stories are true, then you can add questionable IQ to the list as well. Probably the reason why he still seems like the same player he was when he was drafted. I don't think it's a coincidence that his "rise to stardom" started the same year Lebron joined.

Also, he has way more mileage than Bledsoe (~2000 more minutes despite playing one season less), so you can throw all that timeline thing out of the window in this case. If the trade happens, watch as Bledsoe looks better than ever due to Lebron-effect (and probably makes the all-star game), and Irving here makes the same impact Bledsoe did.

I wouldn't trade Ulis for him, let alone Bledsoe. He was highly overrated before the draft IMO.

Reading the articles that are out about him wanting out, he wants to be the MAN on the team. I don't think that meshes well with our current young group...

He isn't gonna be some back-seat driver.

First. We are definitively the best trade partner in this Melo Cleveland Kyrie NYK deal.
Second. Zingis is not getting traded.
Third. Bledsoe Melo James and Love is better than last year.
Fourth. Kyrie and Zingis is nice
Fifth. We don't want Love if Bledsoe is gone.
Sixth. I'd take Frank and picks from NYK and Cleveland for Bledsoe.
Seventh. Melo James and Love is no better than last year.
Eighth. Kyrie and Booker don't go well together, however if it doesn't cost Jackson, I'd be willing to roll the die with Kyrie, Booker, and Jackson going forward.
Ninth. Knicks want Kyrie so eighth won't happen.
Tenth. Knicks need to give up more than Melo to get Kyrie. And that's why we come in. Cleveland wouldn't want Frank and picks over Bledsoe. So Cleveland gets Bledsoe and Melo for Kyrie....James go nowhere. Knicks get Kyrie for Melo picks and Frank. We get Frank and picks for Bledsoe.....simple trade.

Kyrie's a baller. Look at how dynamic a player he is...

He has that edge factor like Booker. With Irving/Booker/Jackson/Bender is like a younger version of the Warriors (when they had Barnes not Durant).

From what i have been reading, its not that he wants to be THE MAN, its that he knows he's better than what he is able to show. He is stuck underneath Lebrons shadow. We all know that Lebron runs EVERYTHING on that team and in the organization. I wouldnt even say that he is the teams 2nd option, more like 2a with Love being right beside him at 2b. I think he feels like his game would improve and others will see that he is better than what he's given credit for if he can get away from Lebron. I actually applaud him for that, rather than just being one of these coattail riders that want to team up with Lebron to make things easier on them.

I would be OK with a deal around Bledsoe and Chandler for Ntilikina, Frye and a pick.

If he doesn't want Lebron there, then why not wait that one year until he leaves? No more Lebron, new FO, and he gets to be a centerpiece of that team. Also a plus that he stays loyal to the team that drafted him (although that's secondary here). No, he knows that after Lebron leaves, Cavs lose the spotlight, and he is no longer media relevant. That's why he wants team like the Knicks, Heat etc. I mean, isn't Knicks FO even a larger dumpster fire than the one currently in Cleveland? Yet, he wants to go there. Says a lot about what he truly wants.

How about:
Cavs - Melo, Bled
NY - Irving, Knight
Suns - Ntilikina, Shumpert, Frye

Seems pretty lame to me. People are constantly talking about "the big 3" on the Cavs and the Cavs as a LeBron-Kyrie duo. Kevin Love is the odd man out who's overshadowed, in respect and his stats, not Kyrie. Kyrie literally has the highest PPG in his career with LeBron there. He has the highest field goals attempted of his career (a whopping 19.7 shots a game). Don't know what the hell else he wants. He's not going to win **** as the #1 star of a team.
