The more I digest this, the more I feel like it's a massive overpay. I sort of get vibes of Marion for Shaq and how we all regretted that soon after. I will try and enjoy it now, but it's a bittersweet deal for sure.

I'll take one and the chances of that are exponentially higher today than it was 12 hours ago.

This is true.
Buyout market will be fun. Two players can split the TpMLE

No it doesn't, We lose the soul of this team in bridges and pick up a player who doesn't fit any need except for maybe bench scoring. We need shooting and have just given away our best shooters for 34 year old player and have given away our future. If players are not lining up to come to the Suns the future is looking very bleak.
Just say no to idiots!!

Why Suns need any future picks when they have BIG2(Book/Ayton) stucked here for 10 years...They can build a championship team every year.

You are going to be really disappointed when they trade Ayton

Dude I didn’t realize all the picks were unprotected lol. This trade is so irresponsible. If Giannis demanded a trade before EOD this is the type of package the Bucks would get. Nets getting it for a 35yo. I wish I could just be excited about this

Hey man, I didn't make the trade. Nor did I particularly like giving up what we did. Seems like JJ got desperate and overpaid to save his job. Deal is done now though so what do we do? Hope for the best and a title coming back to Phoenix.

I hate losing the twins but as has been said ad nauseaum, "running it back wasn't good enough to compete, had to make a win now move or else why play"!! Well, **** happened and if all goes right, we have a better shot i guess.

Right? Everyone screamed that the current group wasn't getting over the top so moves need to be made. 1st round picks were going to be traded to make that happen. If my choice is trading 2 for a guy like Russell or 4 for KD I know what my choice is all day long.

No risk it no biscuit, lets go win a championship.

All of you guys complaining about our depth are massively overreacting. We traded 2 wings for 2 wings. (Yes, I know Warren is always hurt, but so is Cam Johnson). Even with all the injuries the Suns had this season, we still lead the league in NetRtg by bench players this year and are in the top-10 in points, rebounds, assists, blocks, 3PMs, 3P% and FTAs off the bench. We don't have a real 6th man, but our bench is doing OK and it won't change after the trade. In the playoffs you need just 8 reliable guys, and we still have some 2nd rounders to trade today + the taxpayer MLE and 2 open roster spots to use on the buyout market.

We're going to have like, no fast breaks anymore, huh?
SHAZAM!

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

I'll bet ya on the championship, no depth and often injures.

Cp will get pressed out of being much of anything in a playoff series

It's really like 7-8 first round picks considering what mikal is worth

Definitely an all or nothing move. Somehow need Paul and KD to stay healthy which is something neither has been able to do lately.
