Didn't quite understand but seems like a funny conversation between our young core :) Building up chemistry.

If someone provides you information and you are unable to interpret it correctly, that leaves you less informed. The last part of your statement is irrelevant. My point is many posters here act as if Brown has nothing to offer and he does and the Celts fans are having a conversation about what he provides and they are not giving eachother grief for stating positive things about him.

It should be something like "I can see why we might draft Brown, but I prefer...because." Not "your comparisons are obnoxious." Just sayin.

Man youre still really butthurt about that JOKE arent you? The only person that thinks your westbrook/brown camparison works is you. Doesnt that tell you something?

I wasnt even specifically directing it at you, ya just happened to be the guy that triggerrd my reply.

I know this is a waste of time but.......

Watching him play against men, during Cal’s tour of Australia, you realize just how special of a gem Brown really is. The ease at which he slithered through the tightest of cracks, the ferocity he displayed chasing down players for transition blocks, and the sheer force he exuded on his blinding drives are reminiscent of a bigger Dwyane Wade or Russell Westbrook.

and this

His handles and general court awareness need work, but the vicious manner in which he attacks the rim when he has a clear path to the hoop brings to mind the likes of Russell Westbrook. Take a look at some of his savagery on display here against Richmond, and if you have any little ones in the room you might want to ask them to leave for a moment.

and this

NBA Comparison – His game just screams Russell Westbrook to me. Like Brown, Westbrook was an explosive athlete out of college and they both didn’t have a jumpshot at the time. Take away Westbrook’s ball handling skills and add in four inches and you’ll get Jaylen Brown. If he develops a respectable shot from midrange the same way Westbrook did, then watch out.

Smh.... I hope you are not trolling.

Beating Australian players NBL or not.. Is not an accomplishment for a potential NBA starter.
They are slow... I watch them sometimes... Trust me.. Very slow.
Exum also dominated against them in the past. Not to mention a 16 year old Simmons.

He could be Wiggins lite at best.... Or a slower bulkier 6'7 version of Goodwin.

I could care less about the why. I was just pointing out people make Westbrook comparisons.

The article words it as the Suns being willing to part with Knight and 13 to get Okafor, but nothing about the Sixers being interested. It only mentions their interest in Murray, who will not be available at 13.

I have pretty much read all the posts suggesting this trade or that one, this FA or that one. I don't think I have ran across one that is all that possible, or least, likely.

It seems like we will get better if we add a few pieces AND subtract some. No one in the draft (after 1+2) is heads above anyone else. One big bowl of gruel sir. Its easier to find guys to cross off the list. And frankly, I believe our best trade chip is #4. May be there is some merit to Philly/Okafor rumors, but it just seems like it will require at least #4.

Im hoping McMulligan has a rabbit to pull, when I am not sure he even has a hat. He must have a plan A, B, C, and D as we could go in so many different directions. Perhaps later in the season we will hear about all the options we had this off season, the players we almost drafted, signed, and traded for, but it would not surprise me if the actual offers are/were few and none.

I doubt the Suns would consider that. Why move down in the draft just to acquire an energy/role player type power forward. The Suns are supposedly only interested in trading their pick for a superstar if they trade it.

Nah. Big men who don't protect the rim or stretch the floor have very little value in today's NBA.
