if Marcus does time for this, does this mean his contract is voided? I like Markieff better than i like Marcus, maybe this is a way Suns get out of Marcuses contract while making sure that Markieff doesn't feel like the FO has wronged him, after all its not their fault

Really convenient that Markieff "made sure no one pulled out their phone to take video". Like that would stop anyone. If it happened around a bunch of people there would be a video of it somewhere. That's just how **** happens these days.

I'll also say word of mouth, and in particular police reports, are far from accurate, and we're not even at the stage of a police report yet. I'll reserve judgment until I hear something from someone trustworthy.

Yes. They're brothers. Kieff has just as much power to prevent it as Mook. There was mutual interest in messing the guy up. Who gives a damn who throws the punches. They're equally awful.

It was implied that the Suns FO knew about it at the same night it happened.
