Lillard just made a 4 point play while drawing a 4th foul on Curry. Up 15 points against the defending champs. I wanna see how the Warriors come back from this.

Not dumb enough to be at a Suns game? I thought you might attend some on occasion.

I read something the other day by a good analyst talking about how Lillard is probably the most like Curry in today's game. I wonder how their numbers compare at the same # of years in league.

Just looking at the standings...right now Portland would meet SA in 2/7 matchup. That would be awesome of Portland knocked off SA after Aldridge left them to join a "contender".

Some were arguing that Bledsoe was better calling Dame an overrated Jamal Crawford

That would be pretty epic. However, I feel like the Blazers are like the suns of 2012-13 where we overachieved. Before the season started everyone projected Portland would get the No 1 pick. Crazy how well they have played so far.

They are different because they can build around a Top 3 backcourt tandem which is a formula for replicable. success. Our surprise season was fool's gold and raised expectations unreasonably

A contender is going to regret not trading for Teletovic.

Can't tank with grace. Go hard or go home, there should be no doubting the end result

But many said we had top 3 backcourt at beginning of year. I, like you, don't believe it, but if they play together well, instead of trying to outdo each other and each get their own, they could be pretty good. And that isn't even considering Booker, who could supplant either one to likely make it even better in the future.

The trump card they have is they can both shoot VERY well, while Knight and Bledsoe are not great shooters. Obviously you throw Booker in there it improves big time though. They COULD be a great backcourt if they became pure team players and realized their limitations and looked to get others involved. Hopefully we find a coach that can instill that somehow. Many people want a defensive coach, but I want an offensive guy because you are not stopping the best offensive teams...your only hope is keeping up with them and beating them at their own game. I do want to play good defense of course, but if you don't have a great offense in this league, you don't have a chance.

Why didn't anyone pick up Teletovic? I guess because he is only under contract for this season? Do we re-sign him to come off the bench next season? What about Bogdan?

Portland's back court is the real deal.

I think we just looked at our roster, and were legitimately scared we'd only score 50 points.

Chandler, Leuer, Tucker, Booker, Goodwin
Humphries, Weems, McRae, Price

So we may not have had any option to keep Teletovic as he can put up 20.

It's funny...this year, we were like "well, at least we will be better than Dallas, Denver, Portland....."

Next year it will be "well, at least we will be better than the Lakers"

The year after that it will be "____________"
