Would you consider S&T Bledsoe?

Not to the Mavs cause they have literally zero assets.

Not in general either unless the max is what is offered for Bledsoe. We prefer to keep EB.

Lol for some reason I thought your a Mavs fan...I think I'm going blind.

No to Martin but yea if it turns out Bledsoe wants the max AND if our training staff detemines that it's better to not give him the max (same way they did back in '10 for Amare) then sure I would do Pekovic for Bledsoe.

Pekovic is the type of man-giant that this franchise hasn't had since Shaq. It will be nice to get one in his prime.

Yeah I am a Mavs fan. I understand there is nothing you want. I mean the best we could offer for the Mavs is
Wright + Felton + Crowder + Mekel + 2 1st.

But I was thinking you could be a third team with Cavs that would send you Pek + Martin + Waiters + 1 or 2 1st from Cavs for Morris Bros and Bledsoe to Minnesota

Morris Bros aren't going anywhere unless the Suns are the team that gets Love who would have to agree to resign after the season.

Why is everyone on RealGm acting like Ed Davis is the best thing since sliced bread?

24 year old big man who averaged 13/10/1.6blks per 36 while shooting 53.4% from the field. Oh and on a dirt cheap 2 year deal. :dontknow:

The suns had two options.

a.) Stretch 4
b.) Post 4

They opted for the Stretch. I personally believe that Davis would have offered more down low than Tolliver would add floating along the 3pt line. And on defense Davis is a superior rebounder/defender.

and maybe PJ could show Lou how to make a FT?

And Lou can show pj how to dribble.

Why are most of you happy about signing tolliver? Everyone here is churching tolliver up. Hint: tolliver stinks.

I'd take Davis over tolliver in a heartbeat.

Love stuff is dead.
Pacers trade is dead.

We're not going over the cap to sign anyone but we will retain Bledsoe.

Going to be a memorable season.

** Unless something new comes up but don't expect any major changes. We'll just fill out the roster later with favorable trade bait contracts.

Thanks traxxe.

So best case scenario is we are a clone of the 2007 golden state warriors.

I would have picked Davis - even at two years 6m over Tolliver. But Hornacek has an offense to run so we will see how it shakes out

I actually think this is smart moves as there is nobody worth going over the cap for. I might have signed Marion but if that wasn't an option - it takes two to tango.

So, after Tucker, the team had $20m in cap space. Tolliver brings that down to 17, Randolph or another big type would be 16 - unless the vet minimum counts a different way.

Bledsoe - even at the Lowery dead - suns will be well under the cap. Easily 3-4. Hopefully they can front load the deal so that more dollars go on this year to help future years.

Suns do have good trade contracts and that Laker pick. And the Lakers are doing just enough to be competitive so if Kobe is healhy all year - the Suns should be in line for that pick - -ping pong balls pending. Wonderful trad asset in February.

Thanks to Not Traxxe and Ray Ray for all the intel during the past couple weeks

Maybe not what we all hoped and imagined but smart, sensible, pragmatic approach.

Bledsoe 4/48 is so much better than the Parsons or Hayward deals

I thought the offer on the table was 4/$44M?
