All the guys being discussed are concensus 3 4 5 6 so any talk show has good odds.

I think someone mentioned he talked about Isaac as a possibility before but has he mentioned him lately?

Isaac is no longer in the conversation. The Suns would love to get a lower pick to draft him, but he said that at #4 he is not an option anymore.

I hope its not Fox. But Gambo is usually pretty good in this time frame. Maybe it means we are going to get Jackson AND Fox. Hey, it happened last year.

Gambo gave a ton of information on Chriss today. Sounds like he is ultimately going to be the Suns pick if he is available. Gambo said he has it from a prominent NBA source that the Suns absolutely want Chriss. Said the Suns scouts think he is the biggest risk/reward player in the draft and will either be like Amare or Tyrus Thomas. He then went on to say another team told him that Chriss is more like McDyess and not Amare. I would not be surprised if it was Ainge that told him that. One other team told him they think Chriss has a good shot and is like a Marion type jumper.

Gambo also mentioned that he does not think the Suns will pick Dunn or Bender even if they are available and instead are focused on Jamal Murray, Hield, and Chriss. Starts at the 32:10 mark if anyone wants to listen. http://arizonasports.com/player/?a=322608

Well I can't remember if the trade happened before or after Bender was picked...probably after....because I doubt we make it if Chriss is picked 5-7. So Gambo was ultimately wrong.

He wasn't wrong that we liked Chriss, but he was way off on how much we liked Bender...putting Murray, Hield and Chriss all above them.

That means we must be taking Isaac. Last year he said it was Chriss, Murray or Hield, and it won't be Bender or Dunn. See last quote above.

AInge will bust McD's party by drafting Jackson tomorrow... I just know it... I just hope McD doesnt get stubborn. If Jackson is the guy... then trade up as long as its reasonable... as in maybe swap 2018 picks with Celtics or offer one of Suns/Heat pick but with protection.

Strong suspicion: I don't think Ainge can make a deal with McDonough, because he already has the #3 going in a package to Chicago for Butler. Jackson didn't go to Boston because it's already known he's going to end up in a Bulls uni.

Oh, I don't think Gambo knows ****. I mean I think he hears stuff from one of the scouts, but that's it. Last year he said it was between three guys "Chriss, Murray and Hield" and that it won't be Bender or Dunn.

I just hadn't seen here in the last few days people mention that he was saying Fox, so I was surprised to see it.

There is a big thread about Woj on the Knicks board and how he hates Jackson. I can't remember why, and this is something I read from like a week ago, but apparently (they think) he tries to put stuff out there that will really piss off Jackson.

So if he puts out there that they are trying to trade their most prized fan favorite draftee since Ewing, and the Knicks phones blow up from pissed off fans, and everyone goes crazy in NY, then it's gotta piss Phil off.

I don't know if it's true...I didn't do much reading on it, but they talked about it related to something else that they have had some sort of beef for awhile.
