I guess DJJr's jump shot might not be improving as much as we'd hoped. I would've loved to gotten Jordan Bell (It's still not too late, though).

Anyways
DAVON REED, WELCOM TO THE PHOENIX SUNS!!!!!!!!!!!!
SHAZAM!

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

Wow didn't even realize that talent remaining on the board. I think the Suns will regret this because some of these names still on the board are gonna really shine bright in the NBA.

People will hate this draft pick because he is not a "name" and has not been talked about in the media

Don't doubt Gambo ... I know he has been wrong in the past but he his money this year !!!! I know Reeds agent !! Suns absolutely love him ... I will dramatically surprised if the Suns don't take him somewhere in the second via 32 or trade !!!!!

I told you guys ..... My friend said he killed it in his workout and that's why the Suns went with him over other guys mentioned

Was hoping for Semi or Bell

Those guys might be a bit better but at this point it is more on need, which is why I wanted Brooks, but he will do. Our biggest need if is a backup SG (I'm assuming Knight is out of the picture one way or another).

It might be good to get one experienced draftee to come...one who has had to work, and earn his way in college to get drafted instead of living highly off of reputation.

I welcome it. I bet you anything this guy shows more grit on the court that most of our players.

dont like that pick with who was left on the board. ive seen him play alot in the Acc and he is a good shooter. dont mind him as a player, just dont think the value was there

Similar dimensions to Ntlikina.

Still have to decide if we actually sign him.

Fortunately no, because that position no longer exists in the NBA and we have 3 of them.

If they liked him so much, they could've still waited and taken him at #54.

I think this was also a character pick. Reed has a rep for being a team guy, unselfish, and smart. I like the idea of adding someone who knows his role and isn't a "project".
