I think LA might be a little worse this year.

It just sucks it always has to be the Lakers that get the stars. The Lakers are like the best team in the league with Kareem and somehow end up with Magic in the draft. Then Shaq leaves Orlando for them and Kobe refuses to play for anyone but the Lakers so he slips to 13 and gets traded to LA. Then the lopsided Pau trade at the time. Now this, worst of all.

My cousin was at the game, very close to the Suns bench. He said a fan was yelling to trade Beal for Butler. The players could definitely hear it since a fan yelled that Luka got traded which prompted someone on the bench to check their phone and that's where you can see Booker's reaction to the trade.

He also said Beal barely plays with heart, and that it looks like KD and Booker are frustrated with Beal. But... what does he know, he's just a casual fan.

It's got to be a bummer for him. You may be right on Luka franchises just don't trade their star player like this unless they foresee something or are sure of it.

AD has barely missed 10 games so far this season and last season. With Lebron still with the Lakers, he'll hook up Luka with his European connections as well, so Luka gets them undetectable performance drugs that keeps him from missing games.

Dude the point is not about LeBron/Luka duo. Lebron will probably retire in a year or two. Nobody cares about LeBron anymore.

THE POINT IS THAT THE LAKERS WILL BE A CHAMPIONSHIP CONTENDER FOR THE NEXT 10-12 YEARS AT MINIMUM WITH A GUY LIKE LUKA ON THE TEAM.

Once LeBron retires, FAs are gonna line up like crazy to play for the lakers. Lakers will have more than enough cap space for it too. Play with a young Luka who makes EVERY player look good and a big market like the Lakers? What’s not to love?
