I want a big guy

Kevin Love
DeMarcus Cousins
Andre Drummond

Whoever gets disgruntled first, the Suns need to make a run at.

Bledsoe/Dragic/Cousins and whoever else would DESTROY teams.

Hopefully that footage of Kevin Love ripping off his TWolves jersey while walking to the locker room is symbolic of something

At the risk of being torn a new one, if Detroit rings up and offers Josh Smith for Okafor, do we accept?

Bledsoe/Smith
Dragic/Green/Barbosa/Goodwin/Christmas
PJ/Mo2/Green
Smith/Mo1/Frye
Plumlee/Frye/Len/Krav

Ah gee...that's a toughie. Honestly I'd have to say no because his contract is just so bad.

All I care about is Motiejunas...A young player on a 3 year contract that has potential to be a starter.

Plumlee/Motie front court would be awesome!

I am not opposed to take a flyer on DMo, but 'the smart thing' would be trading Frye to make room for Motiejunas? Ok.

Acquiring DMo would be a very nice move, but under no circumstance should the Suns move a rotation player for him. Send a second rounder or two their way and call it a day.

I think Hayward is a 17/6/6 player SG/SF... White Scottie Pippen lite lol.

Steal him now or in the off season, build around his strengths and don't look back.

3 first round picks + Filler!!
Ironically the Jazz needs SF though...
They have Burke, Burks as the guards...

Good idea, BOOM!

Although that would never happen I think it's fair value...

I had a similar offer last week here in this thread but ...

Jazz gets Turner and Young
Suns get Hayward and Hawes
76er get 3 2014 first round picks, Okafor's expiring.

Also...

I think Hornacek and McD should send Len and Goodwin to the D-league until all-star break just to get them sweating and get some burn.
Also get Len to dust off rust...

If anything just to keep their fitness level high... It's good to get their tanks (lungs) around a few weeks worth of work .

Another thing...

A lot of people seems to be proposing a lot of trades.. Putting together the proposed players would yield the following team..

C: Plumlee
PF: Love
SF: Hayward
SG: Dragic
PG: Bledsoe

That's like the most athletic white guys starting team (minus Bledsoe).
Maybe trade Bledsoe for Rubio to make it a full house! ;)

But that would be a great starting lineup if McD could pull it off... Not because of the white guy theme but because of talent and atheleticism of course!

I'm ok with Archie going to the D League for brief stint, but Len just got cleared to play; I'd like him to be here to be monitored by the Suns training staff and to get a feel for NBA game.

And since Nash has always been a fan favorite, why not? I think that team would fill the seats in the arena, lol.

Just several times I've said something that only you, frank and INFO have read. Then someone else posts the same idea or same tweet or whatever and out comes an avalanche of comments. Not a big deal it's just funny.

Not enough cap room or assets to pull that off. Even if done in the right oder - trade for Love , pry Hayward away with max FA offer, go over cap to sign Bledsoe - it would be really hard unless Frye opts out and we release his hold. We'd have to say goodbye to Frye permanently because to use cap room you have to release the exception holds - I.e. the MLE - and I don't see him taking the veteran's minimum, nor should he. May even have to release the twins holds. It would be really tight. Also, the following year we'd have to pay Love his new deal and re-up Dragic. We'd be staring at the tax with that team in 2015.

You need to get an avatar, specifically one that will draw lots of attention. It may sound like I'm kidding about that, but personally, I find myself inadvertently skimming past posts occasionally just because the poster didn't have an avatar (I don't know why, maybe the post seems smaller or something). Also, you can add a 'signature' at the bottom. Basically it'll just make your post stand out a little more. Worth a try, right?

I agree, but if those guys were committed to coming to Phoenix and making a run, they could do what they did in Miami and every guy takes a slight paycut for the common goal of winning a ring. Why wouldn't $14-15mil a year with a 3-4 year window of winning a ring be enough? If everyone keeps their egos in check, it could work. And if there's one guy (well, two guys including Riley) that can talk them into it, it's McDonough! :D

Nope I wouldn't touch smith. He's been bad and this yr proves you can't play him at the 3. I don't like him as a 4 in this o because he would take a ton of 3 and hit very few of them.

I agree with the above poster that Archie should be sent down to the d league for a bit. Would be good for him to get some solid minutes.

I forgot one thing, if we wanted to dip into the cupboard Knicks style and offer future assets as well as current ones, it's conceivable that we can trade for Hayward AND Love and then just max everyone out. However, we do that them you're married to that team for at least four years and you'd definitely be a tax team.
