Yeah, it would be dumb to offer any more than 10. I don't think he will get an offer for much more than that anyway.
The lakers give out dumb offers lately. So i wouldn't be surprised to see the lakers offer near max.

Maybe, but there really hasn't been any word out of the Lakers camp (I don't think) that they are interested. The article in the LA Times today didn't mention him. It did mention Lowry. If they can't get Lowry they may go after Bledsoe but I don't think for the max. I think they still would like to make sure they have cap space in 2015 for Love and 2016 for Durant.
Orlando just waived Jameer Nelson , but they may just want to go with Elfrid Payton right off the bat. But they are pretty thin at guard other than him and Oladipo, and if they want a vet, they could offer him a lot, but this has been discussed a bit and it might be more unlikely that they blow that much money on him if they want Payton to start sooner than 4 years from now.
When you go through all the teams with cap space and pg needs there are only a few. Milwaukee and Dallas are two, but I don't think Milwaukee can go above 10 or so (maybe not even that much...and maybe much less because when I looked at their cap # before I might not have included the #2 pick) and Dallas probably wouldn't want to either.
