I guess it's good we don't know the other results first. Otherwise there would be a chance we would know we were eliminated first. It sure has been a long time where we REALLY knew a loss essentially eliminated us from the playoffs...very rare it comes down to the last game (though it may have in 2014). It's basically kind of like a playoff elimination game.....I guess they all kind of have been in hindsight, but just knowing we are THIS close....it will really hurt if we lose, especially if it's some kind of gut punch game.

I have a feeling scrubs for the bucks and nets will play the entire half. Hopefully bucks starters build a 50 point lead before halftime

Eric Bledsoe is the definition of wasted talent.

To be honest. Cannot blame anybody but us!

Sucks to go 8-0 in the bubble while Grizz end 2-6 for them to get to a chance to make playoffs.

But you can also say, if Ayton doesn't get suspended, we stay healthy. We could have won 5-10 more games and wouldn't be in this situation.

My take is why invite a team that goes 8-0 but has no chance to make it. Stupid, but good experience for our young team

If Adam Silver is the commissioner why can’t he find a reasonable solution since the Suns are undefeated and instead the trash that is the Grizzlies are going to end up playing Portland the most predictable option . Silver is either the weakest commissioner or he has a backbone and will do something to address this situation . Again Grizzlies have played like trash in the bubble .

Whatever happens tonight I'm damn proud of this suns team, they acted like pros and handled their business.

I believe in Jamal Crawford.
SHAZAM!

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

Same. I'm optimistic for the Nets. Maybe it's misplaced, but I'm still stoked at how our guys battled in the bubble. Couldn't ask for anything more than 8-0.

I think the nets will play hard I just don't know if they have the players to handle a motivated blazers team.

It would be **** awesome if Crawford and Johnson lit it up though.

This is exactly the kind of situation in the WWE where Vince McMahon would hatch up some plot twist. But unfortunately this is real ilfe :(

Anyone want to kick me while I'm down and tell me how much I would've made if I put $100 on this before game 1? :banghead:

Probably wouldn't go over very well with a TON of people if he changed the rules to say "hey, you guys qualified but you are not playing well enough to get the spot so we will give it to someone else".

If he did that he would be crucified...doing it would be weak. We are still alive at this point and it was nice we have had a chance, got this opportunity and capitalized on it.

Looking at the matchup I hadn't realized the Nets actually have a better record than the Blazers. They haven't had Durant or Kyrie all year. I know they had Dinwiddie but they still have a lot of scrappy players.

Would've preferred playoffs but I'll take the 8 game win streak, the Suns being back on national media for good reasons, Booker proving to be an all-NBA level talent and the #10 pick in the draft

Return to Phoenix Suns
