Suns could still offer Bosh max. Houston is offering max but has to move several people to create the space. I don't think that one is a done deal yet. Not sure Houston has the assets to get rid of Lin's contract.
If the Rockets get a first for Asik, then they could send that first to the taker of Lin.

A lot of speculation was that they were just entertaining us with LeBron until we agreed to a max. Hope if we did agree it's not the full max like Kyrie got (5 years, $90 million)

Since we are out of the LJ sweepstakes, there are very few FA's I'd like to see the Suns make a run for. I think it's wise to hold onto your money, and wait 'til next year just as everyone else has been saying. The hard part for me is it feels like most FA's already have their "list" trimmed down to 5 teams (basically every big market team..). So who knows, we could be in the same spot next year trying super hard to lure these star FA's to the desert.

I trust McD tho, the NBA can just be frustrating at times for me. Takes years to rebuild your "brand" where FA's will take your team seriously. I know it's not always the case, just seems like it's like that most of the time.

At this rate I would rather develope what we have and grab Deng if we can for cheap. I do not want to see Goodwin, Dragic, Bledsoe or Kief shipped out of here unless it is a blockbuster trade.

Dragic and Bledsoe are a great backcourt
Kief should have won 6th man
Goodwin has so so so much potenial. I feel he could be a star in a couple years.

Another winning season and keeping assests will give a really good shot in free agency next year. The future is still bright.

Still hoping for Love in the end.

If we end up with Rondo or Hibbert.... :banghead:

I just don't see what a three-way Suns/Pacers/Celtics trade could produce for us. There is no one on either of those teams that I want.

They have been... all-Stars. That's what he meant... I think.

Its not my money but I would feel more comfortable for Bledsoe is if it were the 4 years 64m - or an offer that is max from another team. Even at that rate, willing to look at S&T options.

I think the Kyrie numbers are way too high for Bledsoe. And it would also mean, Dragic would be on the block at those numbers.

Lakers have been seemingly quiet on Bledsoe - wonder if they are still intrigued with signing him.

Yeah, giving Bledsoe $90 million and entertaining a big trade which probably only means one thing, is leaving me a little queazy.

Don't forget Melo's wife La-La. She was in his ear about being in NYC and I'm sure her influence on the decision won't change.

You guys really underestimate Pau. This **** lakers teams dropped his value too much i guess. He was their most valuable player during their title runs. (Kobe gettin those finals-mvps was just based on popularity).

Of the two, I think I like Dragic more to keep longer term. Maybe its wise to explore S&T options for Bledsoe - "Eric, how do you like Minnesota for 90m?"

Me too, but NotTraxxe said WE are giving him the max, and our max is a five year max.

Do the suns give an offer sheet or does another team give an offer sheet or both?

As my take on NotTraxxe was the Suns need to be ready as Bledsoe is getting an offer sheet from "some team."

If Lebron goes to CLE then Bosh probably goes to Houston and they don't have the space to counter for Parsons.

Yeah, or that we just decided to offer the max another team could offer. I thought that alone was a bit excessive. It didn't appear he was getting the max from another team anyway. Oh well.

Green is fool's gold. I like him on the cheap, only. After his deal is up he'll fade away into an overpaid contract somewhere else.
