Thomas is great insurance for Goran or EB...not in case they leave, in case either is injured. So many crucial games lost last year with either Goran or EB on the shelf. Need stability for the offense to run efficiently.

The fact that IT got 50% shooting from 2 in their weak ass offense shows he is a pretty darn good scorer. For his height, that is ridiculous. I expected 42% shooting.

The Suns roster will be overrun with point guards once Thomas signs and if Bledsoe returns. They just drafted Tyler Ennis, who Toronto tried to acquire in a trade.
Ish Smith's 2014-15 salary becomes guaranteed next week if he is still on the roster, which appears unlikely. Smith played the role of third point guard last season, making Thomas a significant upgrade in that role. Archie Goodwin can play point guard but has been developed as a shooting guard.

There has to be something else major coming soon. No way the Suns are just going to sign Thomas, Tucker, Bledsoe, and call it an offseason. I sense something big is about to happen.

Its because he is small and fast enough to get into the cracks of the defense. So many of those shots/layups in the paint were from in-between 2 defenders.

Green must be getting traded unless Bledsoe really doesn't want to be in Phoenix.

The only way they will trade Goran is for a superstar in return.

Even if it's just Green, a lot of teams would want him after last season. Should be able to get something valuable in return.

Whatever the case, no way Hornacek gives 4 guards big minutes.

BTW, I like how the East is getting more balanced with Bosh staying in Miami and Lebron going back to Cleveland. If Pau chooses to go to another team, I hope it's the Bulls, even though I been saying it since February that I could see him going to the Spurs, I hope he goes East... or to the Suns.

I see that Thomas is taking all Green's minutes. Gerald was playing SG all year, starting or coming of the bench for Dragic or Bledsoe.
We will see if he is traded or not, but I think he is the player that has lost his place on the team with this signing.
