It's hilarious watching us mere humans argue what are FOs will do. IHG has been spot on this far and I see no reason not to believe him. And besides, well know when we know. I think I keep reading this thread to see the disgruntled Warriors fans make their case for why Curry won't be included. He's probably going to be fine but at this point he's unproven. The one thing that I pray doesn't happen is EC being included in anything, dude has potential to be severely special. Ultimately I do believe a GS trade happens, they have the center the Suns covet.

Jeez I've never been less enthused about a deal getting done. I just want Kerr to flip Nelson the bird and move Amare to CHI for Hinrich, Salmons and Tyrus...

nah Suns have a hard on for Clark. I think they see a budget version of a Diaw/Odom combo...

Have Lopez or Tucker. Please

I don't know WHY we want Bellinelli. I'd much rather AZ

Clark has the same upside as Randolph. No way he goes, I know we just got him but EC is a large part of our future.

I think Gs ends up giving in, they have to much pressure to win now. Amare provides that. I'm certain the biggest obstacle is the contract nego and his physical.

same dude's twtter:

@IvanVio Hate to be sketchy, but I don't know. Up to Nelson and Kerr, and who blinks, also Amare's $$ desires.Guess: 40% shot.

This Curry/no-Curry stalemate might go into Summer League... or longer. Possible next deadline: W's let Curry play in SL or hold him out?
about 23 hours ago from web

Did a bit with a Phoenix radio station little while ago. Yep, Suns followers are worried Kerr gets mauled by Nellie on this one.
about 21 hours ago from web

@big_moneyMVP67 Without Curry in the deal, I'd say a 30% shot or less of Amare coming to Warriors. Hard for Kerr to lose face like that.
about 4 hours ago from web in reply to big_moneyMVP67

@JZaler If they don't get Amare now, they'll still keep chasing him until Feb, I'm sure, and at same time try to get Bosh. Want 1 of 'em.
about 4 hours ago from web in reply to JZaler

@DaveSilva58 very hard to put together a deal that includes Biedrins + Ellis. That's 100m in salary. it's either/or, and AB more valued.
about 4 hours ago from web in reply to DaveSilva58

@dahking W's can't trade 2010 pick because it might have to go to NJ (Marcus Williams deal). Suns would do it if Randolph's in deal.
about 4 hours ago from web in reply to dahking

@dahking Warriors aren't giving up Randolph. If I'm Phx, trade must include AR or Curry. W's can wait it out and refuse to give up either.

Do they though? They're young enough that they can continue to grow. S-Jax and Maggette are the only "vets". All the pressure's on us imo....we've publicly started a firesale, Kerr keeps throwing out words like "moving on" and "transition" over and over....teams know that we're dealing Amare ASAP.

Just a fyi: expect the opposite of whatever Kawakami says. He predicted last season that Monta would never play another game for the warriors. Of course, monta came back. He's the one that reported the warriors promise to Monta that they wouldn't take a playmaking gaurd. Y'all know what happened.

Those are two of the most notable things he's reported but every article is more or less ignorant garbage. He blasted the Randolph pick too (not that anyone knew AR would be this good so soon, but the point is this guy pretends like he has the credentials to evaluate talent in the draft and he's just as clueless as anyone else).

Salmons is a great player with a great contract but he's almost 30...if we're "rebuilding" i'd much rather go for Deng or Noah instead.

I'd like to see Thabeet in Gentry's system. :)

There definitely was an agreement. A commitment was made with certain conditions. A list of picks for the Suns was provided.

The Suns were double-crossed to some extent but the framework of the trade still looks like it will go down when pushed.

Either they (GSW) honor their word and Curry comes.... or as a consolation we get Randolph. Or we don't do the deal and walk away and Golden State gets their reputation dragged through the mud. GM's lie to the press and players. That's one thing. It's like part of the job description. Lying to other franchises and going back on a deal is another thing completely.
