Cavs Get:
Evan Turner
Markieff Morris
PJ Tucker
2016 Cavs pick back from Suns

The Suns get another top 5 pick to speed up the rebuilding process. Celtics get two players who can make them contenders in the east, while getting rid of Lee's contract. Cavs get solid role players to deepen the rotation, as well as lock down defender in Tucker.

He's a free agent this offseason so we only have to pay him for the rest of the year. He's mostly just in there so we can get the Nets pick

Two trades...
Suns get-
Paul George/2016 Pacers 1st

Pacers get-
Devin Booker/TJ Warren/Archie Goodwin/Mirza/PJ Tucker
2016 Suns 1st (No protection)/2021 Miami 1st

2nd trade
Suns get-
Kevin Love

Cavs get-
Markieff Morris/Brandon Knight
Cleveland 1st/2018 Miami 1st

Just putting a different spin on this trade deadline for us. I would never want to trade Devin Booker (unless it landed us a legit superstar but even still I'd be hesitant).

Bledsoe, George, Love would be top 6 NBA talent team. Price, Warren, Leuer, Teletovic, Booker, Chandler were all acquired for nothing in the last 18 months, do that again and we have a contender.

There is 0.0 chance the Suns trade Booker. Try again.

In everything but a trade for a star, I think you are right. I think George is one McD would look at trading Book for. Long athletic two-way player with deep playoff experience it right up McDs alley

I feel like Boston would need to include something more.

2016 Nets pick/Lee for Love
Amir/Turner for Knight

I feel like another first from Boston would have to come our way.

At first I thought there is zero chance we get a pick like that by trading out all that stuff that doesn't have great value, but the Cavs probably are not all that concerned about getting a high pick. I think they'd want more for Love though. So instead of zero percent chance, I will move it to 1% chance.

They really can't though. They're so over the current cap that they may not have any cap space under even the new cap. Vet minimum is all they can do.

Am I the only one on here that has zero interest in Love? Sure I want to trade Markieff, Tucker, and Knight but I want to trade them for expiring contracts and picks. I am not a fan of Love. Never have been. I watch many power forwards in the league run circles around him and I do not want to watch them do it with him as a member of the Suns.

On the other hand, I would happily give up a good package to get Blake Griffin IF the Suns speak with him first and he says he would re-sign with the Suns if the Suns are willing to give him the hometown max.

I agree, I remember in the 2014 summer everyone was going crazy about getting him after the 48-34 year. At one point there was a rumor that they would trade Bledsoe Dragic and a 1st rounder

Great opportunity to get these two players and change our roster.

Knight, Tucker, Markieff

For

Oladipo, Harri
s and Frye (or Watson).

I would do that if no better opportunity presented itself...

Signed. Fair deal :)

TEAMS WITH ROSTER SPOTS
There are nine teams heading to the trade deadline with open roster spots.

The extra spot is a valuable asset come Thursday.

Cleveland, Denver, the Los Angeles Clippers, Memphis, New Orleans, New York, Orlando and Utah have 14 players each, while Phoenix has two open roster spots.
