Oh, and to everyone else:

I've got a draft post that I'm going to post eventually to get this thread back on track. I'm sure the RealGMers are probably sick of this .net reunion stuff.

I could go for Poythress as our future 3. His 3 pt shooting has vastly improved this season. Would be nice to get him with the Indy pick.

He's my man. Been pimping him since early last year. However, that block by O'Bryant III on Poythress last night was insane. Youtube the highlights (UK vs. LSU) if you haven't seen it yet.

McDermott scored 39 of his team's 63 points yesterday. (plus game winner) Is he really good or his team sucks?

There are combinations of factors. His team is actually very good, smart and skilled players that play well in their system and work well together. McDermott is the clear leader and star of the team, but everything on the team works well with him, augment his talent, and he does the same for everyone else. McDermott is a stud and will be a very successful player for a long time in the NBA to whatever team believes in him and puts the climate around him to be successful. Every team knows that he is the man on the team and have to gun to stop him, but the entire team can make you pay if your entire strategy is to stop him. He and Creighton are showing everyone that they are not just a great mid-major, the are showing that they can outplay the big boys night in and night out too.

I'd be happy to get him with one of our picks in the late teens/early 20s if he is there.

Nope, he'll have to be picked with the Washington pick. He's going late lottery / mid-teens.

My only worry about McDermott is where can we hide him on D? He reminds me a lot of Szczerbiak.

:D :D  Hello Phoenix...BobsBuddy here from Charlotte. I posted a trade idea on the board in Charlotte yesterday and it was posted and now its disappeared off real GM. Hum Wonder?

Trade checker 6416073 Okafor and his insurance payments and your 17th pick for Gordon,Adrien, and our 27th pick. You guys get a great 3 point shooter and above average rebounder and still have 3 picks 22,27,30 to trade up in 2014 draft. Gordon and Adriens contracts are expiring yet they give you bench depth for the playoff run both offensively and defensively.

OR

Trade Checker 6416079 Okafor, his insurance payments,Gerald Green and your 17th pick for Gordon,Henderson, and our 27th pick.

OR
Trade Checker 6416092 Okafor,his insurance payments,Gerald Green,Alex Len , and your 17th pick for Gordon,MKG, and BIZ

It would be worth making the call just to see what Cho/MJ might consider.

If there is a trade that gets us MKG without giving up Len (or core guys Dragic, Bled, or Plumlee) and we keep at least one of our 2014 pick or the Wizard's 2014 pick you'd have my interest.

This should be in the trade thread, but moving on...

Okafor, Green and a lower pick that 17 (if that's what it ends up being) for Gordon and MKG might work for me. But I doubt it works for Charlotte. On second thought, I'm not making a move with Charlotte, if I'm the Suns, unless it's just the expiring and a lower pick for MKG, which won't happen.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking when I put late teens....their's should be somewhere in the 15-19 range if they make the playoffs.
