But Suns contacting Cavs FO (includes Lebron lol)... about getting love... figuratively and literally. LeBron is OK with it apparently... again NOT my rumour, and hope to goodness me posting this wont derail it lol.

If Lebron wants Bledsoe. Lebron gets Bledsoe.

That, and I think Cleveland has Love's bird rights? Or did that go away when he opted out?

It's a Sign and trade, you dont get bird rights in those. It doesnt matter if Lebron wants Bledsoe, Love is a FA. All that matters is what Love wants. If he wants PHX, PHX can sign him without giving anything to CLE. If he doesnt want PHX, he doesnt have to go

He doesn't.

pour me some more deals, i'll talk to Griffin if I like it

Most of us know we would never get Irving, and I'm not sure Bledsoe makes a ton of sense for you guys, but if you guys did want him, it would probably be the Morris twins and maybe Tucker or someone else for him...the twins would be gold off the bench for you guys.

We already have limited roster spots so I don;t think the Twins are a good choice.
Tucker is good eventhough he has a bad contract but a physical SF is really needed since Lebron is aging and we need him to play less than 33 minutes a game in the regular season.

our PF/C is gonna be stacked, the only need is SF/SG/PG.. our best suitor are the Spurs since they need to get rid of few contracts to make space for Aldridge if he wants to sign there.

it's too **** complicated and I can't wait for the **** madness to begin, same thing every year and I keep lurking the boards everywhere :/

Suns/Cavs deal? For what? For who? Makes no sense. Lebron controls the offense. Why would he want two point guards on his team? Where is this being reported? A random poster on a website? There was only one time in my entire life I saw a real insider break a trade on the internet. It was several hours before it happened and it was the J-Rich to Suns trade. I was not a poster here at the time but I used to read this forum before I joined and I remember the poster's name but I will not say it. And if Love is going to be traded, why would he re-sign with the Cavs in the first place when he can go wherever he wants.

It's not being reported and the Cavs want 3 pt shooters around LeBron. Not another ballhandler. Just hopes for some fans here.

Is there anything really concrete to the "Suns are actively trying to move Bledsoe" narrative or is more that all beat writers assuming we will, because "who would really pay 28 million to a tandem of Bledsoe and Knight"

Nothing concrete...purely speculation from outsiders which is odd considering we have had 2 or 3 point guards for the last two seasons.

And all fans here LOVE the 2 pg lineup obviously.

I think it's a combination of speculation and common sense, and also the suns front office giving the basic "bledsoe is part of our future" answer to all questions about a possible trade. Fact is, Knight and Dragic are basically the only two high level PG available in free agency and they are pretty much locked up by their current teams. Bledsoe is redundant with Knight, and both have similar value, so it only makes sense to shop one of them. Knight is the younger of the two, so Bledsoe is the name that hits the rumor mill. I have looked for anything substantial regarding such scenario and have come up empty handed.

I actually think IT is the reason the 2 point guard lineup failed last season. I think had it been Goran and Bledsoe playing together and having their time alone on the court, we would be fine. I think we regain that this season with Knight. I think Bledsoe (attacker) and Booker (shooter) would be a good pairing and Knight (shooter) and Archie (attacker) would be good as well.

I wish the rumors and the front office focus was more on getting a realistic player like Millsap. Why go for LMA and Love when there is very little chance they come here. We can impress a guy like Sap by being there at 12:01 on Wednesday with a contract ready to offer him. Instead of surely whiffing on the big name free agents.
