Thats how im interpreting it.

1. Dragic wants to be the starting PG who initiates the offense. 2. Winning doesn't really matter, Its all about his role on the team and obviously money.

1. Correct - he's done it before and didn't the Suns do exceptionally well.
2. Total horse sh*t - you see the video of post-Houston game that's been posted a couple of times? He cares about winning; sounds like the rest of the team doesn't.

1. No, they didn't.
2. He cares about winning so much that he asked for a trade to the Lakers and Knicks.

1. I keep saying it but I'll say it again. Dragic lead us to 48 wins last year with Bledsoe gone for half the season and a$$ for a supporting cast. Kidd and Hardaway had Robinson, Rogers and Gugliotta and managed 53 wins in 99-00. In the one season Dragic truly understood his role (last season) he killed it; 20 and 6, 21 PER and 48 wins. The year before when he averaged 14 and 7 and we won only 28 or so I put down to him still developing; the year before that he started only 28 games for Houston so it was his first real shot at leading a team; the growth in the player, and the team, from 12-13 to 13-14 was huge, and it was largely because of Goran taking over.

2. See previous - neither team will stay trash for. Both of then can turn it by the season after next.

All he has said is that he wants to win and make the playoffs.

+1

Someone call him out as being a cancer. The guy has been an utmost professional despite a reduced role and a significantly reduced minutes.

Green has been around the world playing in inferior leagues, dealing with players getting 30-40K a year to play basketball... basically none of the luxuries of the millionaires in the NBA..

He appreciates the chance and he is saying and acting like a professional, because he wants to remain in the NBA... kudos to him. Contenders can use a microwave scorer... he is a threath from 3... a JR Smith clone, so if he hits FA without any "bad" locker room mantra, he will be chased by several playoff teams... Clippers is known to be chasing him.

Props to Gerald - He went from a team more than likely offering 5-8 mil contract to him with how great he played last season to getting 2-5 mil at most to him. All because he's stuck behind a bunch of guards. Nothing out his mouth unlike Goran. This is a guy (Green) that was known for being immature and jumping team to team.

Who said he was a cancer?

Many say he is a chucker or a low IQ player, but Hornacek seems to have given him the "green light" to chuck, so its not as bad.

Green is a scrub that bounced around Europe and Asia for most of his basketball career. He realizes that he's lucky to even still be in the NBA, that's probably why he's content with his situation. If your seriously comparing Gerald Green to Goran Dragic then wow.

And "some games he does not even play" lol, only one game has he not played in this season.

Green is far from `scrub`. Don`t be such a fanboy. Dragic has been a massive douche last 2 days (and probably whole season too).

I'm pretty sure "scrub" is exactly the term used to describe Green before last season.

He hasn't been all that great this year either.

With Green, Goodwin, Ennis and Dragic here, we signed Bledsoe and IT. One of them was an useless addition.
We also had Payne, and we re-signed the twins.
Then we only had Tolliver, Randolph and Plumlee.
This team was really too decompensated.

Yeah and mediocre could have described Dragic before last season, and Dragic has regressed from last season as well.

Yeah and mediocre could have described Dragic before last season, and Dragic has regressed from last season as well.

And yet all these teams are lining up for the "mediocre" Dragic while nobody gives a f**k about Gerald Green...huh..

The point was before last season is irrelevant. Also, I said Dragic could have been described as "mediocre" BEFORE last season, but way to take my quote out of context bud.

Just give Lakers an ultimatum...

Goran Dragic
Zoran Dragic
Miles Plumlee
Gerald Green

for

Removal of pick protection
Randle OR (Jordan Hill + 1 future pick top 12 protected)

This gives Lakers players to improve from finishing bottom 5 anyways, Suns consolidate players into 1 or 2

Lakers have no reason to give up anything of value for a guy who killed his trade value and will, in all likelihood, keep saying "I won't sign there" until the list is down to LA/NY/MIA. We're gonna get scraps for him.

He requested a trade be done before Thursday's deadline.

Hornacek knew it was far from perfect for Dragic.

"It's obvious, with the guards, he might be unhappy with it," Hornacek said. "That's just part of it, adjusting to things. Was it ideal? No. Would it have got to where it was last year? Maybe."

Either Dragic is being crucified as the second coming of Christ fo atoning for the sins of the FO or he's a heretic who's bout to be excommunicated

Is there anybody we can throw the money we just saved during the offseason? Like any max calibre FA swho we have a realist shot of signing. Butler will be matched no doubt
