He's just sitting on the bench here so why not? At least get a first rounder or another young prospect for him if they have no intention on playing him.

He is our young prospect, so trading him for another young prospect would be a lateral move.

If they realized they made a mistake and want to undo it I can see it happening, plus it's better before it might turn into another Alando Tucker situation where he rides the bench.

We have nobody we can move :(.

There's nothing wrong with letting someone go for 'nothing" if you can't get a deal you like - better to simply have the contract expire and get the available budget back than be locked into contracts or players you don't really want.

I get where you're coming from, but I'm simply not okay with Richardson getting 35+ minutes and Dragic getting 15+.

Simply put, I think Dragic plays better in most every way imaginable. I guess he can't do a 360 while dunking, but I might be able to find my way past that.

Keep dragic off the bench and I love Hill, but maybe it is time to give Duds and Clark more mins at the 3.

I'm all for giving Dudley more time, but I haven't seen anything worth noting out of Clark to justify that. Also, since I'm not privy to their effort at practices I have to assume Gentry et al aren't seeing anything worthy of playing time either.

If all he has in front of him is Amundson (and this ISN'T meant to be a shot against Lou) and Calrk isn't warranting that time... it says something to me as a fan.

I dont think we can get E. Turner, but maybe a player that can handle the ball, dish it, play D, solid J and can create his own shot.

You pretty much just described what Dragic brings to the team.

Bulls must really not be interested in Amare if the suns were actually thinking about Z + hickson + pick & fillers... cuz I figure the bulls easily could have beat the offer.

Exactly.

Glad some people here aren't Gms. They'd be worse than Kerr.

But who will they end up giving them to? If I were a Knicks fan I'd be kind of nervous ....

I think EC should be a 4 more than the 3. winning the battle in the paint is important. the suns need to push him to be that player that attacks the rack everytime he has the ball in his hands. He cant be a jumpshooting big guy.

Yeah, just trade our entire starting front court which has been absolutely tearing it up lately. Good idea there.

My plan - we do whatever deal we can to get an early 2nd rouind pick, or a late 1st if we're nervous - and take Charles Garcia. The we turn him into a 6'10" guard. Which is not that big an adjustment for him -

"draftepress: Garcia plays facing the basket almost exclusively, despite standing 6-10, and is often asked to bring the ball up the floor and act as a pseudo point guard for his team, as we saw on film in the Utah game. He’s an outstanding ball-handler who can create his own shot with ease in isolation situations and is incredibly difficult to stop off the dribble, which is something you can hardly about any other big man in this draft class.

Garcia was reportedly a guard until his junior year of high school, at which point he shot up 7 inches, which helps explain the unusual versatility he displays. It’s not difficult to see how this manifests itself, as Garcia currently ranks #1 amongst all NCAA prospects in free throw attempts by a large margin, at a ridiculous 14.1 per game."

This is my dream

If I were a cavs or heat fan I would begin to seriously worry mostly a heat fan cause the knicks and bulls really just cleared a tooooooon of cap space and it looks like Knicks are clearing more by trading nate Robinson

That was probably to good to be true...If they did offer Beasley for Amare and possibly a filler and management turned that down they screwed up big time.

Yeah, tearing it up alright.....I think you guys overrate sideshow bob a little much. He looks like a gomper out there. Its basically what they were offering us for Amare and add Beasley for Rolo
