Galo and Harris are not PFs. Monroe is played at C because he's too slow to guard PFs. I would only agree with Milsap, Green, Griffin, Davis, Horford and Ibaka.

Randle/Parker/Noel? Those guys are not better than Markieff right now. Could they be? Sure, they more than likely will be. RIght now though? Randle and Parker are coming off major injuries. Noel still doesn't have an offensive game to speak of. I kind of feel like you're either trolling the guy a bit or you just hate Markieff that much.

Should we open a thread to organize a twitter campaign? I dont have twitter myself but it'd be nice for those who do. It might not mean much but we should pitch in as much we can and I think that's a great way to help out our FO. If a thread is opened by a mod to facilitate something that would be better.

Well you can sign up for twitter in like 1 minute. If you are at a computer it would likely be much easier than on a phone, though I don't know. I think it would be good to send him positive messages, but please, no one bash the Spurs or any other team or player.

In the last two seasons, Aldridge has averaged about 23 points on 20 shot attempts

Last year Keef averaged 15 points per game on 13 shot attempts.

You could make the argument that Keef could score 20 a game if he got more FGA's.

If the goal is to win now for NYC, Markieff will likely be the better player for the next 3 or 4 years. Kristaps is a long-term project you draft more on holding his RFA rights than his rookie deal. I truly wonder what Kieff and a 1st would do for Phil.

i'd rather have Kieff and the pick.

I think they would. If we threw in Tucker I think they definitely would because they are striking out. Jackson doesn't want to wait.

It is funny I've never thought of Aldridge as a big time player yet I'm really excited about the possibility of getting him. That may be more because our lack of PF depth though. I'd much rather have Love.

Yeah. Kieff's offensive game is no joke. He's more efficient than many players people on here clamor for as elite offensive bigs. He hasn't quite extended his range to the 3 point line, but he's dominant in the mid-range area and can score with an array of moves. He stacks more favorably than Zach Randolph and many other bigs considered to have great post up games.

I think the Knicks fans would riot if the Knicks traded a 7'1", 19 year old, fourth pick in the draft for a 6'10", 25 year old power forward who averages 15 points and 6 rebounds with attitude problems.

That's why it would be best to have a thread to have guidelines on how to properly tweet. It would be more official as well if a mod opened it.

Can any twitter expert tell me how other people see my tweets to Aldridge if they are not following me? If I click on his profile and tweets or tweets and replies I see nothing. The last post I see is about Game of Thrones.

Heck, maybe I shouldcompare him to Game of Thrones and say his situation is like Daenyrs Targaryen taking over the kingdom from the long time rulers...though I guess in that case the dragon would have helped.

I wonder if he told LMA that.

Well I looked at the FA list and at this point, it doesn't matter much because no one is left. Plus, if we don't sign him we only have 7 in cap space unless we move other people. We are set up fairly nicely.

A guy like Ed David would done wonders for our defense if LMA isn't coming here.

Got a relatively cheap deal as well.

Jordan Hill is another guy that can give good depth in the front court.

The reasonable fans who weren't hating on Zingis on draft day would call for Phil's head

You mean allowing anyone to post from your twitter account? I think we need independent posters...not a flurry of tweets to him from who he would think is one person.

Tobias Harris and maybe Gallinari certainly could fare as PFs in many systems. In '14, Harris played most of his minutes at the PF. I suppose that's a rather liberal approach though because then Lebron would then have to be considered a PF for the sake of the argument.

Thing is that LMA is a star player and Kieff is not. LMA isn't as big a p***y on the boards and defense as KIeff is. Plus more consistent.

LMA's star status would immediately give the Suns credibility. Other star FAs and disgruntled stars would look at the Suns for signing or trades to play with LMA.

Ain't nobody coming here to play with Kieff.
