Well they probably were cool with it since he has almost 800k subscribers on Youtube and then 100k followers on Twitter. Probably more than some of our own players.

The dude has like 800,000 subscribers on Youtube and is a pretty well-known Suns fan so I guess that's why they weren't worried he was going to be some freak

I'm not sure what all the arguing here is about. Anyway, a question for you guys to consider.

Who is the most under the radar small forward 3&D guy in the league?

And I've already looked at Lance Stephenson, and his advanced stats show he's not a particularly good defensive player.

I'm talking someone who is a free agent or possibly someone who may be on the end of a bench who hasn't been able to show his true worth.

Barnes will get 80

Whiteside could get 90 or 100....not sure
Dwight might get 65 or 70.

You bet I'd rather use the difference in a star (none of these guys are).

Barnes is 24
Batum is 27
Whiteside is 27
Dwight is 30

Chandler turns 34 before the season even starts, and averaged 7.2/8.7 in 25MPG. We could trade for Collison, who averaged 2.1/2.9 in 11 MPG and will make 1/4 of that. Or, let's assume we can multiply last year's salaries by 1.5, about the difference n Salary Cap this year, we could get:

Jordan Hill, age 28, who averaged 8.8/6.2 in 24 minutes for $8M
Pau Gasol, age 35, who avg'd 16.5/11/0 in 32 MPG for $11M
Zaza Pachulia, age 32, who avg'd 8.6/9.4 in 26 MPG for $8M
Timofey Mozgov, age 29, who avg'd 6.3/4.4 in 17 MPG for $7.5M
Ian Mahinmi, age 29, who avg'd 9.3/7.1 in 26 MPG for $6M
Marreese Speights, age 28, who avg'd 7.1/3. in 11.6 MPG for $6M
Hensy Sims, age 26, who avg'd 6.5/5.1 in 19 MPG for $6-8M (?? 2nd Contract)

Point being,if we can unload the last 3 years of Chandler's contract ($13M per) and pick up one of these aforementioned at a fraction of the cost and length, I'd rather go that route. If the RUMINT is true, it sounds as if he'd like to go back to Dallas, or basically, not be here in Phx...IDK. But I DO know that his production was not anywhere near worthy of $13M per last year.

I guess you didn't read my whole post? Looks like I may have to go for him (in that mock offseason thing) because I can't figure anyone else.

So what's the All-Kerrsed team looking like now? Terrence Williams, Anthony Randolph, Lance Stephenson, Perry Jones III, Shabazz Muhammad.
SHAZAM!

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

AR was not one of them!

Its always funny how people choose to remember the failures and not the ones i liked that worked out.

Also funny that TWiLL and Stephenson i only mentioned AFTER their stock was at its lowest, so its not like i was all about it with the pre-hype, just thought we should give them a chance.

I particularly like Maurice Harkless, although hes more D than 3. Young player, very athletic, can play the 2,3 or smallball 4.

Another one I have mentioned before is Allan Crabbe. Legit starting calibre player in this league, but will be getting big money.

Jordan Hamilton is a guy I was really high on around the draft, and he put together a good string of games with the Pels at the end of last season. Wouldnt mind him as insurance on a one year deal.

I liked Hamilton in the draft too. I figured his defense would ensure that he would stick in the NBA, but it didnt.

I'm a huge Suns fan, but that was even a little to much "fatal attraction" for me.

Of every rumored team meeting with Durant, only the Thunder and Celtics can sign him without making significant changes to their roster. The Heat have the next most cap space but Wade has a 30 million dollar cap hold according to Spotrac, so I believe they would have to renounce his rights to sign Durant. The Warriors, Spurs, and Clippers would all have to trade away important pieces of their respective teams for no money in return to open up the necessary cap space to max out Durant.

I think it is a hard sell to tell a player we have to trade away key pieces just to sign you. That makes the Thunder all the more attractive imo. I also think that while these specific teams wait for Durant to make a decision, they could lose out on their own free agents and I wonder if the Suns will be one of the teams that go after some of those players.

We go pretty early for our targets, Thomas and Chandler were signed very quick.

I'll check out Jordan Hamilton, but I just figured out a good guy to maybe go after as a 3&D guy....Courtney Lee.

Hamilton not looking so hot here....29% from 3 and negative def box per minute stats..

http://www.basketball-reference.com/players/h/hamiljo02.html

Free agency is gonna be a bloodbath if it's anything like this mock thing going on in the trade forum. I just realized Tucker is a little more valuable than I thought after trading him away. Either my mock Suns team is without a 3D guy or I have to deal Knight for one. I'm going to try and put together a package for MKG, and I think Courtney Lee is a good target in free agency if we want to move on from Tucker.

If you want really under the radar go for Jonathon Simmons of the Spurs. 26 years old, end of the bench guy, shot 50% from the field and 38% from 3 in 15 minutes a game.
