i get the feeling most people on this board would have rather traded amare for insignificant crap players. i, for one, am relieved that the suns aren't going to be the new new jersey nets for a while longer.

From Ford again:

"Latest: Amare is staying in Phoenix. Last minute bid failed. Sarver, Kerr, Stoudemire & agent meeting for dinner tonight to calm waters."

I like this. Although pissed Amare seems to be better than happy Amare.

I'd like to know what team offered what for Amare in the last minute. Oh well. Stat is here to stay wow didn't see that one coming.

Alright well the goal is to get Barbosa back healthy and reintegrated into this lineup off the bench and not disrupt the rhythm of the team and hope for the best in the playoffs.

I think we'll finish between a 4-6 seed.

A first rounder or young/prospect would have helped this team, now he's going to end up opting out and management will be getting nothing, just great...

Now Barbosa is probably going to be this teams best player once Nash retires or is traded, good for tanking I suppose?
