I think it was in part due to extremely low sample size for the season. While I know his shots per game have remained the same, there just haven't been enough games yet. When you first posted the % he was at 14.3%. A week or so prior he was below 10%. He seems to be just letting them fly now without (or with much less) hesitation whereas earlier he would hesitate a bit, and take a step in because he wasn't comfortable. I think they just drilled into his head "Shoot it if you are wide open. It's ok if you miss but don't hesitate."

It's just not a natural shot for him. His motion makes it deadly from 12-20 feet. Further out, he changes his form.

Had not realized Warren was putting up 24 points the past 10 games. He kind of has that Marion game, where he just gets overlooked and does things quietly.
