Brandon Knight has a very bad reputation across the RealGm board, going as far as saying his contract would be hard to move. I really just roll my eyes because he isn't as bad as everyone thinks he is. I think it's fair to say he's helped us win (like in a big way) 3-5 games this year.

Spoiler:

I think he deflated the Clippers here, had he not caught fire they might have came back and won the game.

Spoiler:

Nasty crossover in this game. Probably could have won without him though.

Knight for sure won us this game...

Spoiler:

Almost beat the Warriors here.

Spoiler:

Helped mount that comeback against the Bulls (scored 17 in the 4th).

What I'm trying to say is... he definitely has more value than what RealGM users think he's worth. The main reason I want him gone is just because of Booker.

I guess it really depends on what the Kings are trying to do. Are they trying to start over completely? They only have WCS at this point. One thing we can offer better than Boston is an actual big in return. Though I think someone came up with a good three way trade earlier where we got Boogie, Kings got Okafor, and Philly got our pick.
Obviously I think the Kings would want a Kings ransom for Boogie, so Bill Simmons idea would be more of a starting point, also we wouldn't be getting the 8th pick.

I really like the trade idea where we get Gay Cousins for Knight/4/13/both Miami picks. Probably have to throw Bogdon over too.

Maybe it's time to embrace what we have and build upon. To start the season last year, Bled and Brandon started the season like gangbusters. They looked great together even with Jeff's horrible offense, starting Tucker instead of Warren, not playing Booker, not having a starting pf (batch ass Kief, and Leure.... bench pfs at best), Telly came in out of shape and had a slow start because of injury and illness, and neither Tyson or Len had a good start to the season, roles were muddled. Bled and Knight actually were a bright spot to start though.

One more year of Booker coming off the bench is not blasphemy, it's his second year, and he is a humble young man and maybe he can be our gamechanger off the bench Ala Livingston/Barbosa. Let Bled (who has assumed a leadership role) and Knight start out driving this bus again, Warren has to assume the position we all assume he has the skill to take, aquire a couple stud possibilities at pf through the draft, and hope Len and Chandler start the season the way they finished this season, they both finished well in my opinion.

Draft Bender or Chris's, either get another pf/ possible small ball center at 13 in Skal or Ellenson or whoever best available at 13. See what we can do as far as an impact sf through free agency if we don't keep Tucker or Warren won't assume his position, and throw the season in the middle of the pool to see if it swims. Don't think the front office is ready to admit fault and trade Knight yet. Is the Archie experiment over? With better roles, better coaching, hopefully no injuries, Bled /Knight/Warren/ Bender-Chriss/ Chandler and let's go.

I'd rather punch myself in the d*ck than watch Knight start over Booker

Knight frustrated me as much as anyone, but he can be coached. He needs to be scaled back as far as ball handling witch a good coach and healthy Bled does. He is talented otherwise and can give you 20 in a quarter, give him one more year of NOT DISFUNCTION (Stupid front office, Kief and Jeff situation) to prove it. And hell, Book is 6'7, play him at sf a bit.

I think if we draft Bender and our roster stays healthy, we are pretty balanced out. I'd say to start Booker and Bender and have Knight/Warren come off the bench and be our dynamic duo spark plugs.

If that's the case then I would say bring in someone at Sf like a Batume, don't want to see Tucker as a starter anymore.

I actually like Knight, he's just not a reason I watch Suns games. Booker is 90% of the draw with the current team, and for good reason.

Personally I'm on the Butler for #4 & pieces train. That is of course if Boogie is not on the table. I don't mind a Philly trade for Okafor but I'd like to get more than just Okafor for #4...#4 & PJ for Okafor and Covington?

I would also consider Bledsoe+13 for Kyrie. I don't trust Bledsoe's knees. I would NOT consider Love, the dude looks as lost as can be. He's not worth his salary, even when the cap goes up.

Just give me a fun, enthusiastic team next year with a chance to win, youth and upside.

When in the history if basketball has a star been traded for 2 lotto picks, a first rounder who has upped his value, a lightly protected 1st and an unprotected first, on top of a promising young player? The standard is 3 firsts of varying value. Nobody gets equal value for a star. Only when LeBron is a gm and you don't sign with his agency or in the d Williams deal. That is it. 5 firsts and Knight is absurd to me.

That team would have 30 million dollars worth of Center and still no PF's.

What about Bledsoe and #13 for Okafor plus a future pick? Lakers or Kings.

Trade forum would hate it because they collectively believe Bledsoe has a handicap sticker hanging from his rear view mirror at this point. I think the league has a better handle on the injury.

We commit to building around Booker, keep #4 to draft Bender, Murray, or Chriss, and possibly pick up another pick in a loaded 2017 draft.

Rather do it for Knight but I don't know where is value is at this juncture. Higher than the trade forum but not this high.

Actually SAC played Boogie at PF a fair amount next to WCS. I would look at doing the same thing here to help hide some of Boogies issues on D. I also would prefer his passing at the high post rather than stuck too low. It would require some strong side/ weakside offenive planning, though.

No way Philly gives up one of their juicy assets AND Jah. for damaged goods who doesn’t fit their window of opportunity ' a late lotto pick in a weak draft. They would hold out for the 4 to take Dunn
