O.T. How much does baseball suck?

So i was just wondering how much baseball sucks? I hate when the NBA season is over and all sportscenter shows is baseball..it is seriously the dumbest excuse for a sport. its more like a skill, like nascar, pool and golf. does anyone still watch it?

they play entirely too many games. how many is it, like 160? WTF?!?!? the should shorten the season to like 80 games, put a pitch clock (much like a shot clock) in so pitchers only get like 10 seconds in between pitches, play like 2-3 games a week, shorten the home run fences by like 15 feet, and shorten the bases to 88 feet instead of 90. This would make the game much better, higher scoring, and you would only see good pitchers. Teams would only need like 3 pitchers in the rotation.

I already know I am correct, so no need to disagree :D

Yeah not a fan of the game but I still hope the D-Backs do well, but looks like another 75-85 season and top 10 draft pick for them though.

I don't watch MLB even though they show it over here when NBA season is over. Just too slow for me.

Yea that period when Football ANd Basketball arent on during the Year totally sucks. Sports center Top 10 plays are all baseball players diving to the ground to catch a ball. Its the same thing over and over.

Baseball time of the year sucks for sports. Baseball would be good if I grew up in the 1920s!

Doesn't baseball season coincide with the WNBA season? Or do I have the timing wrong?

I got to disagree. I personally love baseball, but if you didn't grow up with it then I could see how you think its boring.

If only we had a smart secondary football league that scheduled games during the summer months on Sunday mornings and afternoons (of course they would need to be indoor stadiums in some cities). If the AFL was smart, they would've done this instead of playing their games on Thursdays at like 4pm.

The summer months between mid June and end of August / start of NFL season are just completely void of any sport besides baseball. At least the World Cup will be going on, but if you don't care for soccer and baseball, you are still out of luck.

I wish American soccer leagues weren't so cheesy and terrible.

Baseball is pretty boring to me, but I know a few things about it. If the pitchers only got ten seconds in between pitches they'd be exhausted by the 4th inning and would be throwing 50 MPH fastballs.

It's fun to play, and kinda fun to go to a game. Watching on TV is horrible though.

Funny to think how much money the players make though in relation to the strain on their bodies when compared to sports like basketball, football and hockey. Especially considering that there has to be probably half the fans watching it. Where do they get all that money??

I don't see changes that drastic ever being made though. Maybe not in our lifetimes at least.

Anyone remember slamball!!??
