I wonder if they mistook Robin for Brook (As many many many news sources do).

Yeah, that looks like the most possible thing. Hope not though. Or just take both.

Ya, I don't think it's a typo. Robin was selected for the USA select team a couple of summers ago (Brook wasn't for some reason). Props to Robin and I hope they give Brook a shot too cause watching them play together would be awesome.

I would LOVE the lopez twins to represent US in 2012. Add in Dwight Howard and there will be no country in the world that could keep up with that trio.

Robin would require less touches than Brook. Team USA has stars, and then they have definite roll players. Robin would be there to play defense and clean up duty. I don't see it as a typo, either.

It would be great if he could make the team. That extra experience playing against different competition can only be beneficial to him.

I wish there was a way for the Suns to get Brook and keep Robin. Them together on an NBA team would be awesome.

Probably just a practice player like last time. After his injuries last year I'm not sure I'd want him to play, though it could be a good experience.

That would be awesome, don't know why they'd go for Robin over Brook but good for him!

Good for him, but why wouldn't they add Noah, one of the best energy/defensive Cs in the league.

Would be cool for Robin Lopez to play for USA team. Would help develop him as a player and gain some international experience.

Great for him.
Players can get huge improvement if they're dedicated on the USA team.
