1st off i must say, much respect to your organization, steve nash, etc....ummm i was wondering, since kobe and bell are meeting up to discuss bell signing with la, what kind of player are we getting in bell? is he good? what are his abilities as a role player? sorry i never really payed attention to his game and i'm just curious...

He isn't the lockdown defender he was 3 or 4 years ago but he can probably still play some defense and hit some three pointers.

u guys r lucky to have him. if u remember the LA-PHX series a few years back, Raja was on lockdown with Kobe. He's a solid perimeter defender, hustles after every loose ball, and pretty good mid-range/three point shooter. He's the guy that'll step up and say something if there's a problem. He usually has good chemistry with his teammates, great and well-rounded guy. He can help with the leadership role off the bench. You guys r getting a really good player.

um i hope so because this means that we probably won't be going after tmac.... i hope he is the player you say....

well I'm just telling you the way he played in Phoenix/Charlotte before that surgery. He might be a little rusty but he'll be back to the good ol' Raja before u know it

Don't want to come across as negative but he really lost his lateral movement/quickness since that injury he sustained in the WCF against Dallas (what was that 4 yrs ago?). He has struggled with injuries since and was half the defender he used to be mainly cos he just couldn't keep up with quicker/more agile slashers which is what he used to do very well.

He'll try his heart out and nail 3s ... he's a better role player than TMac just cos he can nail 3s consistently.

if he goes to the lakers sad day for suns fans...

but out of Raja you are going to get a all hustle all grind defensive stopper (hopefully the injury hasnt taken away from that) his offensive game might have taken a hit but i dont think thats the reason that lakers want him anyway.
