Lou Amundson Appreciation

I thought I'd take this opportunity to dedicate my 1500th post to Lou Amundson. Through his tenure with the Suns he showed a lot of heart and hustle and gave the team 100% game in and game out. He was a fan favorite and I will miss the "LOU! cheers. It just won't be the same without him. He was a humble personality but also showed some guts (if you don't believe just ask Zach Randolph). Cheers to Lou he is highly underrated and will be greatly missed. I wish you the absolute best of success with the Warriors next year!

I hope the US Airways Arena cheers for Lou just as much as they do the Suns when we play the Warriors.

Sad to see him go. Under ideal circumstances, he'd be re-upped here. All the best to a great hustle, team guy.

I've never been more of a fan of a player that played for the league minimum and only for 2 seasons. Sarver blew his load with the Warrick signing.

The guy is the DEFINITION of what you want in a bench player. Just perfect. Hustle, energy, heart, desire, effort, rebounding, chemistry......the guy is more valuable than we know, I think.
Please Gani, please fill in properly.

I am wondering if he gets more minutes in GS, and if he can go go go within those extra minutes. He was the perfect bench player minus the shooting touch.
I just don't know if Lawal will get the minutes to fill Lou's shoes. If he does, then we will have to trade Warrick.

That makes me sad. We still value you, Lou.
I hope there aren't any hard feelings, because it sounds like there are.
