OT! Need graphical / HTML help!

I'm trying to make a website and I need help with some of the graphics and stuff (basically, this is a HUGE call out to Kerrsed!).
I need a a banner for the home page (with the title and a slogan) and then some help in setting up the actual website. Not that major, just trying to make it look attractive and fancy. I know it would be a mere job for you Kerrsed (to make the banner I mean), so if you have time and could help a brotha out, would greatly appreciate it mate. It'll just be the site name (in my case hiphoplyrichub.com then fading and different text coming up saying "Your top source for..." something catchy! hahaha still not sure yet, but if someone could help me out, I'd give them the details and so on.
