Kings Have Shopped Thompson

As per Wiretap:
The Kings have shopped young big man Jason Thompson, according to ESPN.com's Marc Stein.
Thompson has averaged just 15.4 minutes per game this season with Carl Landry and Darnell Jackson ahead of him on Sacramento's depth chart.
The Suns, Heat and Raptors are all looking for help in their frontcourt and could be fits.
Hopefully we can get him, and a big lol to all the Kings fan that have shot down Suns/Thompson trade by stating he is their future and will stay a King.

Yep I'd love if we could bring him in. What would the Kings want from us - maybe we coulld send Duds their way with his reasonable new extension, I think we'll have to choose between him and Chill down the road anyway...

Thompson was a significant piece for the Kings until they brought in a surplus of big men that limited Thompson's minutes.

I'd love Thompson. He'd be an awesome build for the future.

Not 100% sure I I would want to give up Dudley. Dudley is what holds our team chemistry together. With him gone, we're just a basketball team.

I would trade anyone on our team for Thompson except for Dudley and Dragic though.

We have to get in on this. Hopefully he torches us tonight and makes that clear to Babby.
And a lol to King's fans everywhere.

If he torches it tonight, Sacremento will think twice about trying to shop him.

How about he shows flashes of greatness but not enough to make the Kings want to hang onto him? Sounds like a win-win.

I'll be honest, I don't really know this guy. Watched him a few times this year and well? He's definately a PF/C, but I was hardly impressed with his play...nothing special. His career stats don't do much for me either. Pretty average rebounding #s, not much of a shot blocker and looks like a below average offensive big guy. Just a decent bigman...ok that's great, but is he worth trading Dragic? Dudley? JRich???? Oh my! Really?
Lopez and a pick? Alright, but Sac don't want that. What would it realistically take to get Thompson here?
Hopefully he'll play a lot tonight and some more of his worth will be displayed. But right now I don't understand all the salivating over him, except that the Suns are in dire need of a guy with his size and functionality. Dire need + trade talk, be careful.

Almost any trade is going to work financially with the Kings because they're way under the cap.

Hil isn't going anywhere. I think if we were to have Thompson, we will have to wave goodbye to Dudley.

lol they should make a trade checker that factors in GM tendencies, team needs, expirings, etc - that would be awesome and actually, with enough programming, possible to some extent

Ive said before the only player I would want is Lopez but if i were the Suns Gm i wouldnt do it, interior defense is the most important part of the game just ask the 5-4 Heat and the Suns need to rebuild not retool. From the Heat i would want Varnado and the Raptors i dont see ****.
