Two words: Troy Murphy.
In my opinion, I say odds are it could happen. Soon.

Turkoglu
Murphy
Lopez
Love that lineup.

Would you like a link to the Suns roster at Suns.com ?
Suns have too many WINGS. They have no power forwards besides Hakim.
Dudley, Hedo, Clark, Hill, Chill, Rich are all practically "wings" who cannot rebound.
We've already discussed this issue - oh - a billion times in a billion threads.

Yeah I love that line-up too, but theres one problem though... who the hell did we trade for T-Murder? You do know this guy has a 10 mil contract right? This means say goodbye to either J-Rich or Hedo. And just by looking at length of contracts I'm willing to bet its J-Rich.
It could work I guess. It certainly won't make us any worse. With that trade I would move Hill to starting SG and roll out a line-up like this...
Nash/Dragic
Hill/Dudley
Hedo/Childress
Murphy/Warrick
Lopez/Frye
Anyone know if Murph has any PnR skillz?

I don't think he would help enough. Plus we have no one to trade that the Nets would be interested in acquiring since Murphy is already in the final year of his contract. I don't really see any big men out there that can actually make a huge impact.
Only guy I could see who could possibly be on the trade market is Chris Kaman. But I doubt the Clippers are interested in trading within the division. Plus the Suns would probably have to give up Robin Lopez, Earl Clark, and then Grant Hill just to make salaries semi-match. Grant Hill then could return to the Suns if the Clips waive him. Or he could join another real title contender. However this still wouldn't necessarily solve our power forward problem.

Your right, but that doesn't make a trade impossible.
3 team trade sounds most likely, Nets would acquire young talent/picks/expiring contracts, PHX would acquire Troy, and Team 3 would acquire J-Rich.
Clark might be a nice extra incentive for NJ, where they would be able to reunite him with TWill.

Actually that's smart thinking. That is not unheard of. Much like Big-Z traded from Cavs to Wizards then re-signed in 30 days since they were loyal to him. I'm sure Grant Hill is willing to help the team and Clips willing to waive him since they have too many SF and know Hill is loyal to Phoenix.
-Kaman for Lopez/Clark/Hill
-Hill waived, then resigned after 30 day period
Nash/Drag
Rich/Duds
Hedo/Child
Hakim/Lawal
Kaman/Frye/Barron

Good catch phungk, No more late posting... But I would trade JRich and start either Chilldress or Hill at SG.
Nash
Chill
Hedo
Murphy
Lopez
Have to give up Jrich but a hell of a lineup.

No, I can't say that. I can say that this thread could have went into the existing trade option thread. The OP likes attention a little too much.

I understand where your coming from, and I might be called an idiot for even suggesting such a thing, but is there a chance the Nets could MAYBE be interested in Hedo? Especially if we throw in Clark too?
They trust in T-Will as their future at SG and have Morrow off the bench, so they really don't need J-Rich (although they could play T-Will or Rich at SF, both are really gaurds). The missing piece in NJ seems to be an SF, and Hedo seems like a solid fit. He adds exactly what they need in the starting lineup: a deep threat that can slash and solid playmaking. Harris is great, just more a scorer than playmaker. Hedo fits right in there, and we throw in Clark as a guy that can watch and develop, maybe they bite? Then we can extend Richardson, and have:
Nash/Dragic
Rich/Dud
Hill/Chill
Murphy/Warrick
Lopez/Frye

Lol, I didn't get to finish my post because I was using my cell phone. I was trying to say, why couldn't we have not traded for Hedo, kept LB, and then traded him somewhere else, lol. I don't understand how Sarver could have possibly thought that trading LB and his expiring contract for Hedo and his atrocious contract was a good deal by any means. The Raptors got away with high way robbery, they were pretty much willing to give Hedo for table scraps.
Anyways there is not much the Suns can do now, all the available big men last year are already gone (Al Jefferson, Carlos Boozer, Chris Bosh, David Lee). Elton Brand is not even an option at this point, probably the best available guy for the Suns system would be, dare I say it, Boris Diaw. But again, that doesn't really help much, because Boris Diaw still lacks size, though he is a somewhat better rebounder than Hedo (isn't saying much). All in all, Suns are pretty much screwed, and we can thank Sarver for this big hole he dug. Maybe Zach Randolph is willing to come to Phoenix after the season is over for MLE.

No, the Nets would not be interested in Hedo at all, they would rather wait for the offseason and try and land Melo before taking on Hedo.

Ewwww...
Tunnel vision, horse winkers, lack of analytical thinking and lack of common sense result in such trade threads. Unless you are Dennis Rodman, just having decent rebounding stats is NOT enough.

I have an idea:
Play Hedo at power forward.
