Seems like Nash and Frye are both kind of mad at the fans...

for jumping ships.
Steve posted a video on facebook asking the fans to cheer for them because we're still in adjustment phase, and Channing was saying someone told him he sucked, and also asked us not to jump ship.

That's kind of sad, don't you think?

Got links?

I have little respect for people who jump ship. Damn gloryseekers.

Phnx has always had horrible fans... at least the ones at the games. Weak ass crowd. I had season tickets at the Mad House, and even that was over rated as far as fan participation. It was loaded with blue hairs. At times it would rock, but more so than not it would be hohummer.

Just once I would love to see a team declare a 'General Admission Day'. Require the pompous-look-at-me-arriving-with-5-minutes-to-go-in-1stQ to give up their seats for 1 game a year.... so the common foaming at the mouth die harder can get a seat down low. We need a 'student section' similar to the Cameron Crazies. I dont know what it is now, but a GA ticket was 7 bucks, and you sat in I think it was 236...upper deck behind the baskets. Good stuff happened there.

PS.... Nash grumbling about fan support....?... hmmmm..... what is next ?

Check out your facebook, just sent you an invitation to Channing's official FB page. As for Steve Nash's, somehow FB doesn't allow me to send you an invitation for that.

When I lived in Atlanta the Hawks handed out lots of tickets in the streets and all over the city. I went to the game and yes you think they'd be more energetic but they are more drunk and cracked out. It was like being at a homeless shelter, the whole place smelled terrible.

Atlanta has plenty of NBA fans, the only issue is that the Hawks don't.

That's not cool. You guys have been pretty awesome since Nash got their, and honestly, I think you guys can do some damage this year when Lopez comes back and if you make a move for a PF. Bandwagon fans are wack.

Well it's not so much about bandwagon fans as it is about the management refusing to recognize obvious problems and doing something about them. We are all pissed not because the team sucks but because the team can be so much better with 1-2 trades. The potential is waisted because of our management refusing to make a trade and Gentry's horrible rotations. That's all.

For most of the time, I don't blame players for not being good at something, but I do criticize their lack of efforts. That's for me. And We're pretty pissed with the FO, not the players.

My current unstable emotional state has concluded Gentry needs to be tar and feathered and Sarver air dropped into an active volcano. That is all I have to say.

Terrible fans. When I went to the Suns/Lakers Game 4, I actually had people tell me to sit down because I was up and cheering in the 1st quarter.

Ridiculous.

I don't know why people are giving up so easily. Although our record isn't great, it obvious that their still trying to find the "magic" combinations. I think we'll make a trade that will shape our line-up better and then we'll really make some strides.

Management is not stupid. They recognize the Suns need a PF and have too many wings. Problem is no team wants what PHX has and no team is willing to give PHX anything to make them good.

Coro already reported on this. He said Suns are frantically working phones for a big man but no team - including Kings - will bite b/c they don't want any PHX wings nor want to make PHX better by giving up a valuable big.

The management IS stupid. They should've calculated that we have too many wings during the offseason, but instead they signed even more. Also, who in their right mind could think that Hedo Turkoglu could play starting PF? If they say we are a "contending team," what type of contending team does not have a true PF? Name me one please.

That is why we are in this ditch. Our FO dug it for us.

I'm not one of those who jumps ship because we're sucking. But it's difficult to not do so when the management is taking in huge contracts when they're supposed to be in a rebuilding phase. I don't mind my team not doing well. All I ask is get your direction right.

Until we trade for a legit PF/Dwight Howard, I just can't be positive.

Yes, the FO made a serious miscalculation. They figured we could get away with a high post PF combo of Frye and Hedu. They certainly expected more from sLopez....

Either way, the experiment is over and it exposed the Achilles Heel of this team. We desperately need RoLO to return and perform as many anticipated. That alone could make a significant difference. Pity we place our season in the hands of the Boy Blunder. But think about it, it was similar last yr. We needed both Dragic and Rolo to perform well, to improve. And they both came through.

Now Rolo crawled into a corner and curled up. If he was boarding 10 per, this discussion would be different.

This is what I was afraid of. Our trading assets are slim... and the over attitude towards Sarver is still 'screw you'. I really thing all other GMs just look to bend him over at every chance. A brash little outsider-knowitall riding in on coat tails of one of the more respected owners in the league. His antics during that first yr sealed his fate...... and ours.

 That would warrant a hardy STFU. Yrs ago I got asked to 'tone down' my boisterous suggestions to John McLeod about his player combinations and abilities, by the usher no less. Apparently, I was sitting 'too close' to the player's wives and was 'bothering' them with my running commentary. Being the non cooperative resister of authority I, ahem, used to be, I turned my volume up to that dreaded #11 and proceeded. It was all Joel Kramer's fault anyway. Him and the F-n Gorilla, but thats another story.

Apparently little has changed in that crypt they play in.
