Coro:
The Suns new rotation looks appears to be set for now. Josh Childress is out of the mix and Earl Barron will be used in spot duty against bigger teams or when the Suns' centers have foul trouble. Otherwise, Gentry is going with a nine-man rotation and a more conventional quartet of swingmen rather than a quintet.
So.........................I guess we know who is getting traded Josh + Clark equals..........
Oh well, guess I will beg Kerrsed for a new sig. I am thinking something with Frye draining a few 3's

I dont like that news.
Barron getting spot duty? I guess that means Frye is no longer our PF and will be coming off the bench behind Lopez again.
Back on the Hunt for a starting caliber PF.

So the Rockets can be in the same position that we are and have 8 SF's? I think they would pass.

If Frye is back on the bench, I'm not thrilled with Warrick as PF or going back to Turk as PF. Until we get a legit PF we could see Frye play a lot of minutes. Frye starts at PF then moves to C when Lopez goes to the bench.

Good. He shouldn't play until his finger heals.

Orlando has had discussions on several fronts, sources said. Phoenix has been making calls to shop forward Hedo Turkoglu(notes) and had a conversation with Orlando about the former Magic forward. Turkoglu is in the second season of a five-year, $53 million contract. The Toronto Raptors traded him to the Suns over the summer, but Phoenix is already looking for ways to get off the remaining four years, and $44 million on his deal, sources said.

Nice to see we would consider moving Hedo if a deal comes along. I would have thought Babby would be protecting his two guys (JChill/Hedo). I really do genuinely feel bad for JChill though and thought he was a great addition to the team, excessive but still a nice addition. The guy has been playing his heart out with a broken finger and you can tell he's trying really hard to just do all the little things so he stays in the rotation.
If a trade was to go down with one of our SF's, I'd trade them in this order:
1. Turkoglu
2. JChill
3. EC
4. Dudley

What I don't get is why we aren't trying Chill at PF more. He was pretty impressive in his minutes there and we need some tweaks to the PF rotation, at least for the short term until possible trades go down.

I still blame Hedo.
We have good back up players in every position, ESPECIALLY with the wings, though not necessarily just the wings.
PG: Nash/Dragic
SG: JRich/Dudley
SF: Hill/Hedo/JChill/Clark
PF: Frye/Warrick
C: Lopez / Barron
The line up is actually good enough to go twelve deep, which is impossible.
Just think about it, Frye and Warrick splitting 48 minutes into 28 and 20 completely makes sense. Warrick is fast and athletic to a point where if you just need a team that runs non-stop, you just leave Warrick in.

Hmm... So who becomes the odd man out now? Pietrus or Jchill?

Pietrus.
JChill has some versatility. Pietrus has none.
