SJax anyone?????

VC for SJax and filler?

I already mentioned a VC for Stephen Jackson and Boris Diaw. Since we would be doing them a favor taking Jackson's contract for an expiring, I think it's only fair if they give us their first round pick for our first round pick too.
The Suns will then be notorious for stealing first round picks and maybe we can make a very, very lopsided trade.

Jot sure I'm ready to move VC until see what he brings for the Suns after his knee issue is resolved.

But I'd go for Jacko. They need a legit big so send them Siler a first and maybe Warrick.

I agree on VC part..

I think VC is a better fit for our team, personality-wise and basketball-wise, than SJax. SJax would try and dominate the ball on every possession. Pass on SJax.

I still have an interest in Diaw though. I think he could still be a productive 4 in our system with his passing game and his ability to play in the post. Hedo back to Magic for a reunion, why not Diaw?

Oh em gee!! Suns have ultimate defense! Diaw-Nash starting=PWNED!! Pietrus-Diaw-Nash: Nash loves the french! So many wings, so many guys to play against Kobe, Manu, Roy, Wade, Lebron. Don't know if there is a rule against having too many good players, a full 12 man rotation!! 6 wings is 36 fouls on Kobe for one game, he can't endure such pain in a seven game series. We'll play the hardcore defense on him that the Celtics put on em when they won the championship.

I'm a little iffy on Captain Jack. Bit of a headcase and IMO not worth 2 more years at about 10 mil each. I'd much rather VC plays with us, then either comes off the books after the season or we re-sign him to something significantly less than 10 mil per. Then we have more space for a legit first option, since SJax definitely isn't one.

VC is a better fit because he's a better off-the-ball player than SJax who likes the ball in his hands. If Hedo couldn't fit in our system, SJax won't either. I'm actually warming to the idea of VC playing for us, I think he still has some left in the tank and still has something to prove. Also I like the options we have with VC financially.

We would have to be entirely content with that roster for 2 yrs... Jax and Diaw both returning...

I think we drafted Jax... then released him in the preseason after he got pissed at the payroll clerk when she gave him his paycheck... he demanded cash...and blew up.

I dont know what we are going to do with VC... but man, there are some options. I realize all the love for him, but, IMO, I really like what Dudley does when playing with Nash. He's just a freekin thorn out there in a Raja way. I think Nevetso summed it somewhere.... Play Peitrus...rest VC. If Peitrus clicks, bye bye Vince. Offense is not the priority here. Every move we have been making is to boister the D.

Hedo has been arguably a lights out shooter with the Suns too (shooting a career-high in 3PT%) but it's obvious he couldn't fit with the Suns because he wanted the ball in his hands all the time. It's a mentality thing. Nash is a lights out shooter as well and you could make him run off screens for the catch and shoot but that's not his game.

Bring back diaw! He plas good post d. He can pass. Shoot. Rebound.

VC has a lot of love here. i guess the VC of SJax makes sense, but how can we get Crash?

Unless we get either Crash or Tyrus Thomas or even a first round pick from the Cats, otherwise I won't be considering a deal with them

I would do Tyrus Thomas for MP and Orlando's first. Ty Thomas is a brilliant defender ion the paint, and has a good offensive skill set aswell.

Although it's good to propose trades that are beneficial to us, but why would Charlotte trade Wallace? Just because a coach steps down does not mean the franchise is going to dis-assemble.
