Heard the Clippers may make him available and all you guys know the Suns DESPERATELY need a PF or C and if they are smart they should get rid of Warrick (bad contract) and Lopez (why try with him anymore, he's 7 feet and can't collect a rebound ).

SUNS get: Kaman and R. Butler

CLIPPERS get: Lopez, Warrick and J Chill

Or for you Lopez fans

SUNS get: Kaman

CLIPPERS get: Warrick and J Chill

Wait, can you tell me why we "desperately" need a center? We have Gortat, Lopez and Frye, who can all play center very well.

As for our problem at power forward, Chris Kaman does not fit what we want. He's old, has a large contract, and is not really a PF anyway...

And yeah, there is already a thread for trades. Post this in there next time.

Kaman is a legit INTERIOR scorer... Gortat is more of a putback, finisher. Lopez is suppose to be the same.

Kama paired with Lopez OR Gortat = similar to Laker's TWIN TOWERS... Gasol = Interior scorer with all round skill, Bynum = Finisher, put back.

I think Clippers will need to give up a first pick.

How about...

SUNS
IN: Kaman + filler + Clipper first pick 2011 (top 5 protected for 2011, then no protection for 2012)
OUT: Lopez + Carter

You're sending $19 million in salary and taking back under $12 - who do you want as 'filler' to make up the other $7mil?

Kaman would be ideal. Offensive option down low. Perfect. I'd love to have him and Gortat.

If we could ever get him on the court. He did play 76 games last year, but the two years before that he netted about 90. He has only played 10 this year averaging 7 rebounds. So the Clippers are going to bench Gordon to start Carter? And we will wait until Feb to get Kaman? Why?

Do you really need to make a new thread every time a Suns related thought pops into your head? No, you don't. The answer is no.

So Da_Reel_Kboy when since being 28 considered old. The Suns need a C or PF because Frye is really a PF, Gortat is overrated and Lopez STINKS. Kaman will bring the Suns points, rebounds and he blocks shots.

Lopez/Pietrus/Warrick for Kaman/Pistons 2011 2nd

Nash/Dragic
Carter/Dudley
Hill/Chill
Frye/Lawal
Kaman/Gortat

Like that WAY better.

How about this:

Suns give: Warrick, Childress, Lopez, Dragic
Suns receive: Kaman, Bledsoe

Nash-Bledsoe
Carter-Dudley
Hill-Pietris
Frye-Gortat
Kaman-Gortat

Why?
1) cap space. your welcome Sarver
2) considering Dragic's poor performance this year and lack of confidence, and ALSO his idea of going back to Europe, this is an opportunity to trade his expiring for a smarter and better player-Bledsoe. I live in LA and have gone to a lot of Clippers games and watch every game. Bledsoe is SMART, a good defender, more consistent shooter, and doesn't always need a confidence boost like Goran. Plus he's pretty nice in person, I've met him.
3) rotations. this clears up the rotations for Alvin and makes his life a lot easier. We don't have a surplus in SF's with this trade and increase our post-presence, replacing Lopez with Kaman. Pretty solid.

Suns need a franchise player to start rebuilding with. We have some nice complementary players in Rolo, Dragic, Dudley already. No need for Kamann just to win 35 games instead of 30 games in regular season.

Ya, nevermind that Kaman is a stud offensively-polished, rebounding center who is only 28 years old.

Not a Kaman fan at all, although any trade that sends Lopez outta the 602 is a good trade in my book. Doubt it would work out finacially though, and Griffin is as untouchable as Dwight Howard. We would have to offer Nash, Hill, 2 first rounders alone to get him at the least.

I'll rather wait and see what younger guys we can get with the expirings we have through free agency, than bring in Kaman. He's not going to get any better, and with the money he's making, he'll probaaly have a negative value to this team.

I'm just stating my opinion, not asking you to agree with it.

He's gotta be talking about Kaman. If Griffin is untouchable then Nash, Hill, 2 1st wouldn't get it done.

Not a fan of Kaman but I think he can work in our system.
