Heard the Magic won't bring him back unless they win the title. We all know Sarver is cheap but would you guys want J Rich back on the Suns if they don't bring back VC ?

Nope, he's going to be looking to get paid and will probably ask for around 10M. Would rather have them just start Dudley at SG and if it doesn't work out, could always get a SG of the future through the draft or trade for one.

It looked like J-Rich was enjoying his time here. I would love the idea of sticking with the current team, adding the picks + signing Landry and getting Rich back.

Nash/Drag
Rich/Duds
Hill/Pick
Landry/Frye
Gortat/Lopez

LANDRY is not good.. he is a bench PF... why would we get him to start

we should try to get

JRICH/nick young/ jr smith

&

D-WEST or RANDOLPH.....

those 2 should be key moves.

Landry is pretty small for a PF. I'd rather have a true PF.

No doubt: Jason Richardson was a very big reason we went as far as we did last year, and he would need exactly zero time to adjust to Nash. If he can come back at a price we can afford, it should be a no-brainer.

It all comes down to price - and we were all certain he was looking for one more payday, and the front office seems to have thought so too, so I can't see why he re-signs here at a bargain rate. I'd rather get Rip here, frankly. Loved JR when we had him but let's move on

I agree, except for the Rip thing. Rip is a good player and all, but I don't think we want that contract.

I think JRich might take a slight pay cut to come back to Phoenix. As said above he was a major part of this team and fits the system really well, why not return to that as opposed to going to the highest bidder?

That's assuming Nash isn't dealt in the summer.

We dont need a sg lol. He's gona want the money anyways. We'd be better off going for a starting caliber PF like ZBO.

let pietris and carter expire expire.
then:
sign JRich
sign Zach Randolph

Nash-Dragic
JRich-Dudley
Hill-Childress
Randolph-Warrick
Gortat-Lopez

success.

Pietrus has a player option, and he isnt leaving his 5 + mil on the table to go somewhere else. The 100,000 dollar question is, would any of you want the Suns to try to bid to get Earl Clark back. We didnt excercise his option so he is a unrestricted free agent. Did he show enough potential to make anyone including us re-sign him????

No. There's no shortage of "potential" out there.
