Vince and J-Rich both have similar backgrounds. They've come from teams where they had to be "the man" on offence. J-Rich was "the man" in Charlotte and Golden State, and Vince was "the man" in Toronto and New Jersey. Now they come here where they are playing a completely different role.

Come playoff time, with Carter having another 20+ games under his belt next to Nash, and I think you will see a much more effective, and less frustrating Vince Carter.

According to Paul Coro, Vince Carter will be inactive tonight. Replacing him in the starting lineup will be Mickael Pietrus. Also, it sounds as if Gentry may use Childress in the 2nd unit (and not just garbage minutes).

he should do ok with the lack of interior D on the bucks side.(childress)

dudley should start ahead of pietrus but anyhow lets see how this all works out.

Ilyasova isn't playing either.

We'll see how the starting lineup does with VC out. Hopefully the bench production can continue.

quite frankly this is probably the easiest game we have had..bucks arent a great team and they have 3 starters out.

carter not being there wont be the reason we win this game.

if we lose..we should forget even attempting to get into the playoffs and settle for a rebuilding process as priority
