I come in peace but I was hoping for scouting reports on both of this guys.

Richardson was better, but you will end up paying more for him than you will with Vince.

Richardson: definitely more athletic. can't really get his own shot off the dribble. shoots well from both mid range and three point land. excellent off the ball.

Carter: Definitely lost a lot of athleticism. not good off the ball. not particularly elite with the ball anymore either. Injured a lot.

That's pretty much my take. In all fairness, Richardson was part of team that had time to develop chemistry with each other, and Carter wasn't. But, I definitely like Richardson more.

Jrich finally found his groove with this suns team and was rolling b4 we traded him to Orlando. VC = Ewww :upset:

Vince Carter - Look up the word "corpse" in your dictionary.

Jason Richardson - Strong. Good rebounder for his position. Ability to shoot in the clutch is massively underrated. Scores mostly off threes and cuts. Has decent post game for his position, can post up on smaller guards and score. Perfect as second / third option on offense. Good teammate.
Very very average defender. Poor ball handler considering that he plays as a SG. Don't expect him to create his own shots, relies on plays and scores mostly off assists.

However, you'd rather sign Carter to a one-year-deal than Richardson to a four-year-deal (unless he's willing to take the MLE with no raise).

J rich is going to cost more but he is the better player.

He'd be perfect in Chicago or New York.

Like others said, doesn't create his own shot well

Good in the post, can hit buckets off screen and rolls underrated in the clutch

Battles hard, not a great defender, bad ball handler.

Solid player though wouldn't mind seeing him come back to the Suns for the right price if we had the cap room.

Rather have him right now than Warrick and Childress

J-Rich was the man. Unbelievable shooter, but I think he's more suited for an up-tempo game like ours as opposed to an Orlando/Chicago.

VC sucks.

JRich is the better player but VC played better in Orlando though.
JRish seems to get totally lost in Orlando and VC did not play hard in phenix.
I think both could be useful for the bulls but JRich's lack of creating his own shot may cost him the chance to land a big contract. VC played well in a defensive oriented system and I think he is the safer choice for the bulls. Just my 2 cents.

Both Players played better before the trade JR stinked at best in Orlando and the same with VC with the suns and that's coming from an Orlando fan. VC is the better player overall even if JR is a few years younger VC can offer more to a team and it also comes down to the roll and team these guys play on but VC is who I would pick.
