Will you still watch Suns?

Post#1 » by SunsRback4Good » Thu Dec 29, 2011 3:17 pm

It's going to be tough watching the Suns play this year. If they continue to perform this way. So, how many of you won't really watch them when their like 10 games under .500? I'm a huge huge Suns fan and would never stop rooting for them but keep in mind if their playing horribly should I still watch all 48 minutes every game? Does it make me less of a fan if I just watch 1/2 of the game or less? How many of you will continue to watch their full games?

It's hard for me to watch any games, but I like to at least talk with other Suns fans. Not much to root for except the development of Morris and Lopez.

I'm in - it's like religion for me, and this year is looking to be the flagellation component

I'll watch as long as it seems like they're still giving effort and trying to win games. The triple overtime game last year with the Lakers was a game the Suns lost but it was still a lot of fun to watch.

No matter how big of a fan you are of the team, it's stupid to watch if you're not enjoying it.

I'll watch, especially to see Morris and Lopez develop.

Might be the only reason to watch this year.

Strange topic for a Suns fans board... But the answer is - yes, all games, to the very last second...
Offense wins games, Defense wins championships...

Won't miss a game, just like I didn't stop watching the cards when they were 1-6.

I'm still slightly optimistic, especially when it pertains to Lopez and Morris. I do have a strange feeling that if things don't change. Some major moves are going to happen especially when it pertains to Steve Nash and Grant Hill.

Why would anyone watch the Suns? There's absolutely no young talent to develop. Turn off the TVs and trade Nash for young guys. Then watch.

Exactly, thick and thin.

Though this current state of mediocrity/should we rebuild/Nash wants to stay here is leaving me confused as hell...

I will still be watching.

I remember watching the Suns play towards the end of the 03-04 season.... now that was a horrible team to watch play.

You could hear a fan on the other side of the arena sneeze.

Here is the boxscore from said game:

Looking forward to the 28-29 season.

I'll watch whenever I can.

I probably won't sacrifice hours of sleep like the last few years though. Sometimes I would only sleep 2 or 3 hours before getting up and head to work. That probably won't happen this year.

I'll watch but I'll turn off games like last nights a little early.

Hopefully, once the group gets familiar, the offense will begin to click again. Maybe not to the extent it used to but to the point where we are least competitive on most nights and entertaining.
