They are a young team, which always give us trouble. I look for us to be ahead, and then Toronto goes on an 18-3 run, Gentry calls a timeout, doesn't make any changes and the game is won by Toronto by the end of the third. But Gentry will rally the troops, so we only lose by five.

Now I hope I'm wrong, but oh well. :D it would have been great if we could have grabbed a 2012 second rounder from Houston in the Goran/Brooks deal.

I love watching Gortat, when he's healthy he looks like top 5 center in the NBA. Or is top 5 reaching a little too much?

He's trying so hard to make the allstar team. I hope he keeps it up every year that we have him.

Side note: Wiz fired their head coach. I see the Suns doing this before a trade happens.

Firing Gentry is idiotic.

Who is out there to replace him? Nobody that would be an improvement and is available.

This team IS this bad. We are like 4 games behind the 10th seed. It's time to blow it up.

There is a very good chance Bargnani will be back for this game.

That would be good news for us. We have gotten way too lucky already avoiding Gordon, Rondo, Rose, Nowitzki, Bogut, Ginobili...

Let's dominate the game from the start to the finish. Hope to see Gortat in a good shape tonight.

This has been hard for me as a fan. I have been harping that the suns need to move on and start the rebuilding process. I love Nash and all, but its time to stop shooting for the freakn 8th seed. thats weak in my view. So in doing so like most of my friends that are suns fans, I hope they loose to get a top 5 pick in this draft. this year and next year is the perfect time rebuild through the draft, have cap space etc.

I hope they get the L, but personlly I think they get the W and pull it off. I like what Gortat has done this year, but if nash does leave in the offseason, will he be as good next year? I dont think so.

Gortat had a 20/10 game when Nash and Hill sat. I don't think it matters who gets him the ball, but Nash does make it easier.

Yes he has shown flashes of post game and some abilty to create, but Nash is still accountable for 25-50% of his offence. I hope he can establish himself as an All Star then i would feel comfortable with him without Nash because then new guys cant forget that Gortat has an offensive side also and not give him the ball.

Look on Amare without Nash he isn't All Star, poor defense as always but remind me when he got over 40pts oh man even 35 ? With Nash EVERYONE looks better. Gortat is developing own skills to be as effective in future without him as is now. I think he can be easilly DD player when Nash is gone.

I dont think Barbosa is going to pull a "Marion" and score 25+ tonight. I believe our defense will be strong from the start and we pull away 3r quarter.

Prediction: Suns 97 Raptors 86

Return to Phoenix Suns
