I say atm because a secondary team can change.

But the team you LOVE primarily will never change.

ATM I am a huge Rockets fan. I hoped they could make the playoffs last year and was honestly conflicted when we played them late in the season because I didnt think we could make it.....Despite our great 2nd half of the season If we could close 4th quarters am i right?

Being from Chicago I am also a big Bulls fan. Also see something special with this OKC squad and really like Harden and Durant so I've been a fan for the past few years.

Through 2000 to 2005 my second and 3rd favorite teams were Kings and Pacers. Now It's Thunder and Pacers.

Knicks, though watching Amare's decline has been sad.

My second favorite team after the 2012 Suns, would be the 2010 Suns. I feel somewhat depressed when the Suns lose, I can't say the same for any other team in the NBA. I really couldn't care less for any other team than the Suns.

The only time I feel somewhat depressed when watching a game that didn't contain the Suns, would be when either the Lakers or Spurs win.

if RWhite goes to the Celts i'll be watching them, too - love the guy's game and since we both have the same disease, really pulling for him

I live in New Orleans so, obviously, the Hornets. My friends are huge fans, and I manage to make about 10 games a year. I check the Suns message boards (here, arizonasportsfans.com, phxsuns.net) about 20X a day and don't even have an account on a Hornets message board so that should tell you where my fandom lies.

Right now it's kind of tough. I usually don't really have a 2nd favorite team unless the Suns really suck. I always pulled for the Kings in the early 2000s....liked their style, Webber, Bibby. Pulled for TWolves and KG in 2004. Pulled a bit for NY when they had Amare/D'Antoni before they got Melo.

I typically pull for underdogs or anyone playing the Spurs or Lakers. Right now a second team is hard to choose...I guess I'd have to go back to Minnesota, because I like their players and typically pull for young UofA players...though it is tough to completely pull for another team that you will be competing for a playoff team with.

Oh yeah, I kind of like Memphis' team. I pulled for them this year. Maybe them as an alternate team to pull for in the playoffs until the TWolves are firmly entrenched in the playoff picture.

If Nash goes to Toronto, they'd probably definitely become my 2nd favorite team.

The raptors with Nash, valanciunas, and a couple other new faces would definitely be a team to watch next year.

Im surprised we havent seen Rocketman come in and list the Suns.

Out of all the teams we both like Thunder and Pacers as 2nd and 3rd. You're my long lost brother i've been dying to find and talk sports.

Lovin the Thunder this past post season. Enjoyable team and I've always been a Westbrook fan.

I don't like the Thunder. My second team has always been Detroit. Loved the way they played under Coach Brown in their championship season and they have some pretty good prospects right now on their team (Monroe, Jerebko, Knight).

Some of those recent Portland teams were a few injuires away from a serious post season run. Shame.

I never thought I would say this, but recently it has also been the Spurs. I'm in love with the business side of their organization - I think it's incredible. Can't stand some of the players, but two of my favorite players in the league this past season were Blair and Leonard.

They do such a fantastic job at drafting, it's stupid.

i have always liked lebron so i was really rooting for the heat this year in the playoffs. i dont have a secondary team though.

i will root for whatever team nash goes to, to some extent.
