Damn ... I had to read through all those last five pages of posts to come up to speed on things.

I think we signed Weasley instead of Beasley????

Kerrsed maybe you can whip up some of your meme magic and super impose Michael in this picture with a wonderfully sarcastic caption.

I wouldn't mind Tolliver, but Garcia could be had on an unguaranteed contract. Tolliver might get better money from better teams.

Or let's trade a couple second rounders for O'Quinn, who just signed a three year deal with Orlando.

I know I am tired of people telling, insisting, and swearing on thier crystal ball and thier Miss Cleo fan club membership that Beasly can not be good ever. Like all the haters who have been saying Nash will only decline into the abyss since the year after he left the Mavs for us. Like all of the haters who say that Duds can not be a rotation player and will never contribute. Like those who said Frye will never play any kind of defense, never get better at rebounding and before he got here, cant contribute to a team at all. Haters who said G. Hill was done and we should never take a chance on him. The year Amare got hurt, there is no way they make the playoffs with him out and Diaw at Pf. The naysayers who always whine and no player has ever broken out or gotten thier career back on track with a change of system, coach, team and scenery.

I prefer to wait and see WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS!!! Write your stats, your previous tendencies, and past trends down on a peice of paper, roll it up in a tight little wad, massage your prostate with it!!!! The T Wolf guy..... I thank you for your imput, but every NBA player is emmensly talented, or else he would never make it to this stage. You have swore to god that you are the fore most adviser on what Beasly is all about and you and Jesus know exactly what is going to happen.... we heard you, now we will wait and see. We are younger and more talented right now than we were this time last year, so I am happy.

G. Hill, I have always liked you as a poster, but you have seemed to really gone out of your way to scream from the mountain tops, over and over and over and OVER!!! that you are disgusted with Beasly. I get it, I understand, you have every right to be, but you are really BEATING THAT DRUM TO DEATH!!! We have assets moving foward, we have lots of picks for use or trade, we have a young team, and the front office has shown they are willing to do things to make this team better, lets wait and see what happens when the season starts and what moves are made if it isnt working. I like everything the front office has done this offseason.

Honestly thats why im actually getting psyched to watch the new group grow and mature. And ya im sure some will be traded and/or cut if they dont progress or mesh with the team but watching these young unknowns develop or not will be more fun than watching Nash and Hill try to drag the team into the playoffs the past 2 years only to fall short.

And next summer will be another big step I cant wait its already less than a year away!!!!

Using the word "hater" constantly doesn't help your argument, bro.

But the hate has been CONSTANT BRO!! The preaching doom and gloom. The, "This guy is gonna suck I assure you". The, "Ill tell you what is gonna happen", has been C.O.N.S.T.A.N.T. from a couple of people like they are calairvoyant BRO. "Give up all hope guys, cause this is what is gonna happen". This is what has been suggested. You are not one of the ones I am thinking of when I write this, but the fact that you focus on the word haters, witch is mentioned twice, saddens and confuses me.

What did I do wrong? I said that Beasley's aquisition will haunt us if he 1.) doesn't change his playing style or 2.) plays at the three with his current playing style. I layed down some arguments for my statement. Nobody here has to agree with me, it's my opinion, everybody can have faith in Beasley but I want to set m expectation bar really low since Beasley disappointed in the past. I repeated my statements (and expanded it) since the discussion came up again (this time with a Minnesota fan). It's the offseason, and our roster is pretty much set. There's not much else to talk about right now (we brought up the third string center question again).

What I don't understand is why do people (not you in this case) call me a whiner, other posters a troll, post funny pictures or put their statement in a signature just because their opinions doesn't match the general opinion on this board.
Hill on Nash going to the Lakers: “That’s like transferring from Duke and going to Carolina.”

I think when you said you agreed with Mattya, that most thought you agreed with everything he said, and how he said it, not the basic premise, which is what I think you were agreeing with.
He was called a troll by one person, and word choice and many baiting comments is what caused me to agree with that assessment. It had nothing to do with disagreeing with him, which seems to be your misinterpretation of why I said what I said. I gave him opportunities to back out of the obserd comments, but instead it went the other direction.

Being optimistic about the team, doesn't mean we aren't ready for the worst either. I think getting excited about the new season is what makes one fanatical about their team, which is what the word "fan" comes from.

You and others have every right to be a Debbie Downer, but others have every right to call them out.
