Okay, the question is simple.

Pick one player who you think will be the most interesting story of the Suns' season, and explain.

Basketball story. Not news story - please, Mike Beasley, no news story.

I'll post my opinion separately.

While Dragic and Beasley are the obvious choices, I'll go with Dudley. I think he will be a huge leader for this team and will improve even further this season. He will get some attention around the league and will be the most interesting story in my opinion.

Dragic will. The reason why is because he's replacing Steve Nash; two time MVP and perennial all-star.

I think I'll have to go with Dragic. Although we have a few players whose personalities and confidence will play into our success, the extent to which that's true for Dragic is arguably the greatest. When Dragic plays with absolute confidence, he's one of the premier point guards in the league. When he gets down, the team is losing, chemistry isn't great, well he can't even lead the team when he's out on the court.

We could have a refreshing season with the talent we've brought in, or we could be really, really bad. If the talent doesn't click and Dragic gets upset, it could turn into a huge vicious cycle. Or, if we get off to a good start, dude could have his first 30 point game within a week and get on a big swing.

Kendall Marshall won't come in and play at Dragic's level, so it's on Dragicto step up as a team leader at the PG position. Having a promising rookie PG does make the story a bit more interesting - who's our PG of the future? Do we plan on keeping both long-term?

And the story begins...

I went with Morris. He showed a lot of good things last year and from all accounts/reports he has worked hard this summer to improve. With Frye being out I can see Morris setting up camp by the time Frye is healthy. Unfortunately Scola is a bit of a road block but I still like the idea of a Dragic, Wes Johnson, Beasley, Morris,Gortat lineup of the future. Hoping these guys work hard and develop to prove people wrong

Oddly enough, Scola. I think Dragic will get more attention, but Scola is the deciding factor. The west has a lot of good big men, therefore Scola will have to be exceptional for us to match up.

I think exactly the same.

I think Jermaine O'Neal will surprise a lot of people if our medical staff can fix him up. He could very well be the best backup C in the league.

Out on a limb here, Im gonna say Shannon Brown. I am a person who expects that with continuity and comfort, comes progression!! He is wildly athletic, he is motivated to make himself better, with a full training camp and getting use to and comfort with the team, and style, I think he is poised for a breakout year. Not crazy type numbers, but somewhere between 15 to 20 a game as a starter, with the occasional 25 to 30 pt game. He is always in great shape (no one can question his work ethic), and he always seems focused and professional. He puts nothing but good in, so I think it is inevitable!!! that he at some point should get good out.

I am going to go with Beasley he is the biggest x factor on the team. We know what dragic can bring if he plays at his absolute best but I feel beasley's ceiling is so much higher. If he plays to his potential everything will be easier for the rest of the team.
