Thoughts on PJ Tucker
Guy has been playing outstanding ball. I love his energy and passion. He just has the heart that other guys around the league lack.
Without him, I would say the Suns probably would not be nearly as fun to watch. He is by far the best perimeter defender on the team.
Easily the best backup SF the Suns have had in a while.

Reminds me of this guy http://espn.go.com/nba/player/_/id/517/anthony-mason. Highly entertaining when on your team. I shall nickname him "the nuisance".

Re: Thoughts on PJ Tucker
Tucker is a better Offensive/Defensive Amundson in a SG's body. Why go after Avery Bradley (in a Celtics trade) when we have MOTHERTUCKER ????

I really like what Tucker brings to our team. I love watching him and Telfair out on the floor together getting under the opposing players' skins. Having a guy who has played professionally in the NBA then being out of the NBA he brings that passion to work hard to stay in the league.

I love that nickname for him btw. I was gonna tell you how I was laughing my butt off in the Bulls GD thread when you first came up with that but I forgot. You posted "motherfu**er" after Tucker scored to tie it up and then a minute later you posted "MOTHERTUCKER" haha

If Tucker was in New York you wouldn'nt be hearing anything about Jeremy Lin no more.

Re: Thoughts on PJ Tucker
It makes you wonder how guys like Tucker arent able to land roster spots especially when you see some of the stiffs the NBA has riding the bench.
I personally love people who defensively harass and bother opposing players while still being able to stay in front of their man. People dont realize how much energy it takes to play frenzy D like that, the kid definetly has a motor.
MOTHERTUCKER JONES!

Re: Thoughts on PJ Tucker
The funny thing is, he used to play for my favorite team in Israel and now he plays for my favorite team in the NBA.
When he played in Israel, he basically was the best player in the team and he helped us win a first franchise championship. And he was declared as the MVP of the league that year.
No surprise he eventually made it to the NBA.
So the sum things up in two words: He's awesome.

Loving what I've seen from him thus far. A high energy guy who helps teams win. He's basically doing what Dudley should be doing.

When he is given the minutes. Tucker needs to start. Yes, he is a great spark off the bench, but we need him guarding the best wing player on the other team to start the game. Too often this year, we have allowed the opposing wing player to get into a shooting rhythm and then have to struggle to get back into the game.

I think Tucker should play the Grant Hill role from last year.
