Hey Suns fans, I want to wish everyone a Happy New year those that already had it and those that's coming up in an hour or so. May 2013 be better then the previous year and hope all you new years resolutions come true.

All 3 sound good for me too =p
If you dont have a bike...get a bike...and i assume you have an ipod or something to play music...Biking is so enjoyable but with music it makes it 100x better. I just bike on trails by my house but you can drive out to more interesting areas if you like.
For me I like to either Bike or play basketball once a day and then workout lightly after. (They say working out after is better)
Cheers! I could use some tips as well Im always trying to trim some belly fat.
