not yet we own the tiebreaker we beat Cleveland twice..
but Cleveland still plays Orlando, Charlotte and Detroit so it is looking good..

Doesn't matter. There are no tiebreakers for lottery teams. If the Suns finish with the same record as Cleveland both teams will receive the average number of ping-pong balls for 3rd and 4th seeds.
