http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RghqDTFMNdQ&feature=youtu.bePlayers can't speak up and as a fan of the game, it's hard to watch this rigged nba game.

Pathetic officiating down the stretch. 4 or 5 blatantly bad calls that basically gave the fLakers the game... With today's statistical obsessions, its time to run charts on these refs.... how many calls, what their positioning was, who on, game situation, etc.... The bad ones need to go.

You act like this is new. Its happened year after year. Its just that they need even more help this season, so its even more blatant. Trust me, we have been watching the Lakers alot these past few months (probably more than our own Suns) due to the fact that if they miss the playoffs we get their lotto pick.
Its been real bad for Lakers opponents these past few months, and the GS game needs to be added to the conspiracy video.

Watched it live. No doubt I thought it was a terrible officiating job. No doubt in my mind at all.

Not shocked by the officiating help, called that a couple months ago, but I didn't think they would be so obvious.

The biggest question is, does this BS officiating continue even though Kobe is out?
Only reason Stern did this whole BS is so that he can get the LeBron vs Kobe finals before he retires as commissioner. But now that it's impossible to happen this year, will LAL games be officiated fairly moving forward?

I don't think Stern expected a Miami/Laker finals. I think he was more hoping for a LA battle in either the first or second round. But this season really adds fuel to the fire of this league being rigged.

Terribly officiated game but I'm not really a fan of the video. Suns/Spurs game 3 is well done on YouTube.

I'd love to see Stern have to testify before congress on this issue.
Rigged games would be worse then performance enhancing drug use.

i just don't get why stern hates the suns so much.
would getting a #1 pick make up for the loss of the other lottery pick? i don't think so, but i really don't expect any sort of 'wink wink nod nod' situation going in favor of the suns.

How can someone be "not shocked" or just act as if this is normal.
If this is how it works, then why cheer at all? Your chances of a ring are proportional for how much you lick someone's balls? I see no reason to watch a sport if this is a constant, rather than an exception.

This is where I've even for many years. I hated watching KJ get thrown to the ground by Eaton, with no call, and then watch Mark West get called for ticky tack fouls. Then to watch rookies like Bayless get calls over a two time MVP, sucked worse. The only thing ,besides loyalty to the Suns, that has kept me watching was good shooting teams we've had, that seems to be the one thing that kills any ref help. Although I've seen the refs make multiple bad calls in a row to disrupt a pace, and change the flow of a game. Unfortunately, we never seem to overcome that over multiple game stretches.
There is no way to complete fix the game like wrestling, but there seems to be easy ways to disrupt things. Now some games, the players overcome the multiple bad calls, no calls, or one sided home games, but should they have to? Stern gave such a huge speech about teams having equal opportunity to win, and yet this same favoritism exists. It's a joke, and this season has been the fire on this bag of poop.

Some of those calls were definitely beyond the usual bad calls in the NBA. Definitely makes you wonder.

Of course the game was rigged, just as I expect both of Wednesday's games to be. The NBA is an entertainment business. What would draw a better rating? Oklahoma City vs Utah or Oklahoma City vs Los Angeles? Even without Kobe, this is a marquee matchup of Steve Nash and Dwight Howard versus Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook. If Utah were to make it, how is Stern supposed to market Kevin Durant vs Gordon Hayward? Stern is in the business of making money, that's been apparent ever since he became Commissioner. He's going to have all the big time matchups as possible. I'm sure TNT is also behind this since the game will be on their station and they know they can market LA vs OKC better than Utah vs OKC (hell, every 'Playoffs on TNT' commercial I see has more Lakers than other teams, it's as if they already know... hhm.......).
